Blessed with Lisa and staff.My puppy can not get out of the car fast enough.They provide so much love, structure and play time.It's safe, clean and fun.I have a feeling this place is going to need a bigger facility .We travel about 25 miles to bring him here. Very worth it. I have shared how awesome they are with many.

I just went to have my cats nails trimmed. I have to say I was a bit nervous myself worrying that if my cat gets feisty they would say they couldnt do it. But this was not at all what happened. Listening to the groomer talking to my cat throughput the whole experience was so adorable and put me at ease. I would absolutely come back to continue getting services here. It was also amazing to see how excited the dogs are when they get dropped off for daycare. These ladies are angels and really do a wonderful job ❤️

Cynthia works magic on my big baby of a great Dane, he doesn't like water or his paws touched and he just adores her! They also have a wonderful boarding program where Kane gets large area to stay in and a great play area outside! Can't recommend these ladies enough!

My lab Holly loves Hill Top Grooming. We used a big chain store for grooming until I found Hill Top. The big chain told me my big goofy lab was hard to handle, well first visit at Hill Top and they couldn't believe anyone say anything negative about her. Holly is just a big goofy baby and I'm so happy we found caring confident groomers who know how to treat animals, unlike some big chains that will go nameless. Highly recommend these ladies!

Cynthia and Lisa are great they are always welcoming. They love when willow goes to see them and willow loves it. I wouldn't take my dog to anyone else. You are great and if people don't see that then they are blind.

From the very first interaction we were spoken to with compassion for our circumstances, honest, upfront communication from EVERY SINGLE PERSON, to walk into a business and have such a consistency of caring, information, and communication across the board is impressive. Our dogs needed a soft place to land as badly as we did as a family. And they have delivered that above and beyond. A place where your dog, can he a dog, come home from the playground of doggie daycare with the best type of tired. They have uplifted all of our quality of life. Our border collies struggle with heavy coats and keeping them clear of ticks. Cynthia does an amazing job of clipping and bathing them. They look wonderful and will be much easier to keep clean and clear of the little nasties. Excellent services, all of our dogs do very well with the care provided at Hill Top.Thanks Cynthia!

Cynthia has been grooming my family's dogs for many years. They all have different personalities and Cynthia always takes great care of them. The come home smelling clean and looking beautiful. We recently rescued a Husky from a family who did not take the best care of him. He needed some TLC and Cynthia was willing to squeeze him in on a day that she does not typically groom. This meant a great deal to us. Trusting a family member with a groomer is a tall task but I can assure you, your furry friend will be loved and taken care of while at Hill Top Grooming.

First time we've been here and they treated my cat very well. They buzzed him down so he can grow a fresh coat with no issues (this was his first time to the groomers). Very afforable and we're so thankful for it. Definitely recommend bringing your animal here.

I am so impressed with this business! My 18 year old Shitzu- Poodle can be quite the handful to groom and they were so patient and kind to him it was amazing! I couldn’t have been happier with their kindness to him and consideration of his age. Not only was he a mess when I brought him there they asked what I wanted…never have I had that question asked of me. He wasn’t crated and he didn’t have to stay there longer than necessary…very important to me. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience! ❤️🐶

My girls have been going to Hilltop for quite some time now. They are always well taken care of and come out beautiful! The staff at Hilltop treat my girls as if they were they're own, and are the only ones that have been able to trim my Breezy's nails without a fight! We love the staff at Hilltop and refuse to take our girls anywhere else. They even dealt with my crazy dog mom separation anxiety when we boarded them for the first time. I highly recommend Hilltop!

Hilltop Grooming has been grooming my dog Bear from his very first grooming experience. They were very patient with him and always went the extra mile to lovingly get him used to being groomed. He always looks great after his visit and sporting his doggie bandana. The price is reasonable and if you have a preference with his cut they always accommodate. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their dog to have a good experience and look great.

Diablo has been going to Hilltop since he was 5 months old. He goes to daycare twice a week and absolutely loves it. He also gets groomed monthly by Cynthia while he is at daycare which saves us so much time! We also used to bring our dog before to Cynthia for grooming, her prices are reasonable and they come back clean and happy!

The first time I had my border collie professionally groomed was with Hill Top Grooming. He came out looking and smelling beautiful and the service was wonderful. It took extra time for him to dry fully due to his coat and there were no extra fees or charges for his extra requirements. I will absolutely be using Hill Top again! Very friendly and I felt confident leaving my senior dog with them!

Wonderful place! Staff are kind and very accommodating! Jovi loves to board with them and is always happy to be there! When we get her groomed she comes out with the softest shiniest coat and smells wonderful, the bandana she gets is my boys favorite part! And you can’t beat the price, much better than trying to bathe her myself 🤪

I used to have to drug my 16lb dog to take him to the vets to have his nails done. The first time he met Cynthia at Hill Top Grooming, she picked him right up, took him in, and he sat totally still for her, and even holds his paws up for her. He loves going to see her! Have been taking Pip to Cynthia for about a year now. He LOVES going there and they do an absolutely FABULOUS job. He always looks extremely handsome when I pick him up. She does his nails, even dremels them. She even plucks his ears because he tends to get a lot of irritating hair growth. I could not be happier.

First time I brought my dog here, he looked very choppy. They didn’t trim the hair in between his paws and they didn’t clip his nails. I was accepting of this, because the pricing reflected the outcome. When it came time for his second appointment, I got a call 3 days before his appointment asking me to bring him in right away that day because of some scheduling conflicts. I told her I was unable to do so due to work, and asked if we could stick to the originally planned date. She did not respond to my message until a week later and told me they wouldn’t be able to get me in until next February (4 months in the future). Horrible service. I do not recommend. A good place for one-offs, but groomers are so booked out that you need to find a reliable place and stick with them. Do not recommend.This is definitely the right place. The interior of your space is a bunch of 2x4 walls and fences. This is at 535 Charlestown rd in Springfield. Right on route 11. I don’t think it contributes to the honesty of your business by trying to deny this. You have my number. Give me a call.
