I want to hear with my mother today and honestly it was the worst experience of I've ever had they could not direct me to anything that I needed to get they did not know where anything in their store was they were very rude to my mother a certain thing that they thought she should know they did not help her when they knew she needed help you could clearly see that she was confused and all they did was stare at her. This store doesn't even deserve a star.

My 78 year old relative went to Staples in Burlington, Vermont. He brought expended printer ink cartridges for disposal and spent $87.00 on new ones. The young man at the register was exceedingly rude and uncommunicative, leaving his customer with the sense that not only was he ignorant for asking a question to confirm the correct cartridge selection, but also processing the sale was an annoyance. We will buy from Amazon in the future.

I went to staples in a hurry to print something (never a good idea), it was very busy, and my self-service printer got jammed on page 90 of 140. The employee working in the print area (blonde lady, didn't get her name), was extremely helpful to every customer that came into her line. Usually people wait forever and get very frustrated, but she managed the line and people so well, and kept checking on me and offering solutions to help me while she helped everyone else. She took so many extra steps to help me get my document printed at the same time as managing 2 other lines of customers and after crawling on the floor and physically fixing the printer, she finally got the printer un-jammed, and I was able to get my document printed and make it on time for my appointment. Her customer service skills and management skills were unexpected and amazing, and she deserves a raise! Thank you!

Phillip went above and beyond when I needed a laptop cord. On his lunch he went to the other Staples store to get what I needed since they were out at their location. I was amazed. I was from out of town, working remotely and had no car that week. I told Phillip I could call an Uber or something and go to the other store myself to get the cord and he said it was no problem for him to get it while he was out for lunch. Wow! Thanks Phillip! Give him a raise please. :)

Sat in a lot of chairs. Employees were very friendly and not too pushy. One minor flaw to my shopping experience was that a customer assumed I was an employee, but I'll chock that up to how experienced I sound around electronics. Worth noting, I was shipping for chairs however. 9 out of 10

I ordered a banner for my friend's birthday. I didn't really know what to expect in regards to quality. I called to see if my order was ready but they told me they were having issues with the computer. They assured me it would be done before the store closed that day. They still finished the banner in a timely manner well before the store closed. When I picked up the banner it turned out even better than I imagined. I'm so impressed with the quality of my order as well as how well it was handled even with technical difficulties. If the Staples staff reads this thanks again!

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Store Manager Robert Emerson and Associate John Henry for the great service when I returned a defective cartridge for my Soda Stream. Refund was initiated by John and approved by Robert with no problem. Made my day!!! Thx.

Helpful staff, and if you're planning on print jobs allow enough time for completion. If your print job is simple the email to print service is great, but for more complex jobs, go in person so you can explain what is needed for maximum satisfaction.

Thrown out of the store,onaccount of saying something about the store and the employees, which I'm correct in saying, and also on the way out a customer said to me alright way to go. The was Saturday Nov,7 I also called the Police because I had the cans I was to bring back stolen out of the back of my truck and I was in the front roll.I needed to be at a place andI had to leave that was not the right thing to do, am sorry, also why is there no cameras pointed to the front of the parking lot.

Officially, on the record, I am Not pleased with the cost of the project I had done yesterday.I assumed it would be a couple dollars for printing on larger than usual paper (11" x 14" vs. 8 1/2" x 11") but not more than that since 11" x 14" is still a standard size used very commonly.And last year, I did a similar project through UPS print & copy & ship and didn't pay much for color copy, thick posters.So I was shocked to come in to pick up my order and be told that it cost $9.98 per square foot (and that my order (of 3) was a little larger than that, as if I should be grateful that they didn't charge extra for the last 2" on one side).The person who was processing the payment said they didn't know anything about this area (they'd only been moved over there that day) and so he went to get someone to look into my question about the price. That man checked his computer, and said matter-of-factly that yes, those "posters" cost $9.98 per square foot.I put posters in quotation marks because there was nothing special about the color print outs. Not textured, shiny, or thick--those "posters" stood out in no way. Not to mention the print outs were rolled (instead of laid flat with backing) which made them more difficult to display when removed from the hugely long plastic tube bag they'd been shoved into.Frankly, if I had not been in such a rush of time trying to get home to meet the children's bus, I would have made a bigger issue of this ridiculous cost right there and then.As it was, I used a little coupon I had (for 20% off) and ran out the door.However, I did tell everyone I met at home and at the club I went to (where I displayed that poster) just how much it cost, and besides being incredulous, they didn't think I should do business again with Staples Print & Copy. Store itself is good, print shop not so much. I do photography, and for once I had photos taken of myself for my engagement. I brought them here to print and had a hell of a time. They came out saturated with color and when asked they said the originals looked like that and must have been altered. I had the .RAW files and had done no altering. They photos were badly cropped to fit and just overall nasty. They let me come back to play with their computer and see what was happening. They were literally taking my file, pasting it into microsoft word to resize and then screenshot the image and printed it. I can't make this up.... It was insane. I ended up getting a few prints and thanking them for their time before leaving to have them done at CVS in Williston. The Staples in Williston was not much better. When I went to have my invitations printed neither store was very useful. They use basic printing software, that literally comes with the computer, and the technicians have little to no skill (though they are trying really hard, I'll give them that). Store itself is nice to be in and work with. Parking is ample.

I have had great things to say of the techs at this staples until tonight . They brushed me off as the old computer illiterate. Was told to go home and try the fix for my printer and if it didn't work they could come to my house and fix it in ten minutes and charge me $150.00 as he grinned!! It didn't work! So guess what I'll go old school and print with a cable!! The tech ( I won't give his name yet) said I could call him but doubted he could solve it by phone. I called at about 6:00 pm and was told he was busy and it is now almost 9:00 pm. I realize they can"t give away services but I have bought computers and printers there for my kids and myself for several years. I also paid extra for tech service. Be kinder to seniors!!!!

These guys have bent over backwards for getting printing, parking signs, mail flyers, and working on there own personal time to help our family owned and operated business succeed. There generosity and professionalism is above and beyond. They take there job seriously and they can't do it any better. Every time I have a deadline or minimal time to get something out they save the day! Salute to the s. Burly Staples team!! 10 stars all the way!

I used the rent a computer to print out a document I needed right away and it wasnt too expensive. The computer was self explanatory, I did not need help at all. The whole process took about 5 minutes.

This store has everything, although it doesn't have a chromebook charger which is a bit disappointing since radioshack, walmart, staples, and amazon doesn't have what im looking for...Other than that Staples is a GREAT STORE!!! I got some binders for schooling and they didnt break or fall apart or anything..
