The best place to buy food, supplements, accessories, and treats for your pet. Every staff member I've interacted with has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their prices are the same as Chewy and they have lots of products not available on Chewy. There's discounts on cases and if your pet isn't satisfied, you can bring a food back. Great healthy food options for my dear sweet pup! I love that if she doesn’t eat a food, they will take it back even if the bag is open! They also have lots of free samples, which is super helpful for my persnickety dog.

My husband and I had never been so we went in to look around. The dog food we were looking for is not carried by pet food warehouse. When I asked a lady and showed her a picture I got an abrupt "no" so we kept browsing. Two different gentleman asked if they could assist but three women acted as if they couldn't be bothered.

Good selection, neat and organized. Cashier was a bit rude once I asked to use my "New Customer" coupon. Their demeanor immediately changed, then left me hanging to speak with another customer before we can complete transaction.

I have had only very good shopping experiences here. Staff is very helpful, selection is great and they put everything into my car for me. I left my purchase at the store and went to get my kitten at the Humane Society. I will continue to shop here!

Sophie saved my dog's feet.My dog, a short-hair has been having bad reactions now and then to the snow and salher strap boots at Pet Food Warehouse. The associate made a guess at her size based on her description. It was too big.So the patient staff at PFW were kind enough to allow me to exchange it for the next one down. I didn't realize that "short" and "regular" were relevant fitting terms and it was too small.But today I brought my very skittish rescue in, my sweet pupper who is afraid of everyone and everything except for the staff at dog spas for whom she is an absolute angel. She was understandably afraid, but Sophie was able to calm her and fit her for the right size boots.She's getting used to them and I'm certain that thanks to the care that the good people at Pet Food Warehouse display, her pupper toesies, which have so far only experienced the mild winters of the Southeast, will do very well here in Vermont.Thank you again.

We live 2 hours away... But anytime we are in the area we like to stop in! Selection is great... We stock up at things we can't get it our local store... And the staff is really friendly! Last time we were there we bought a couple of wool jackets....

I love this store. They always have what I need and the 1 time they did not they called all their locations to find it! They found it, offered to have it sent to their location or I could pick it up myself. The staff at the other location were waiting for me with my item right behind the counter. Always clean, always friendly, could easily spend hubby's whole paycheck there every week and still find new exciting things for all our fur babies.

I have always found the staff super helpful. My cat's food was discontinued and they helped me find a new one and they guaranteed the food too--if she doesn't like it, I always have the option to bring back any unopened cans. Great customer service!

Most of the employees are highly skilled with their job. I'm happy to ask for advise at times knowing all the employees have different knowledge about what ever you have to ask. They are also great about greeting my puppers when we come into the store! Thanks guys for everything!!

I went in looking for food that wouldn't cause my 12lb poodle stomach issues. This young girl said she was very experienced and that she worked at Emergency Vet. Well, she did! I wish I could remember her name, I would call the store manager and say how great and knowledgeable she was.

Great selection of good pet foods that are very well-priced. I just moved to Vermont, and was getting similar quality from my local organic pet food store for almost DOUBLE what I got here. Here I got a 24-pack of my cat's favorite wet food for just over $22. I also was able to pick up a good-sized scratching post for my best boy. He's tall like a panther so he annihilates a normal sized scratchy, but this place had exactly what I needed and in Bulk! Great staff, too. Extremely helpful. And I loved seeing pictures of all their animal companions up on the wall while I waited in line. If you're an animal lover who wants to pamper your pet and save money I highly recommend this place!

First, having access to local raw food (& at a discount) is amazing. I will drive 45 mins for that! Also, the staff is so nice. They always ask me if I need help and are so informed. Love to see all the dogs in store, too!!

I LOVE going here. They always have great treats, toys and everything you need. I haven't compared pricing for food, but I stop here a few times a month to get my girl some goodies. They have free samples for treats at the registers for you to give your fury friend.
