Do better! The store is decent, but the Sephora is a disaster, with very little in stock products. Checked out with a Kohl’s store associate who acted as though I had a stolen Kohl’s Credit Card! Awful experience. Only reason I visited was for the Sephora…never again!

I purchased a sweater for my granddaughter, and unfortunately got the wrong size. I couldn't find the receipt so I called my local store in South Burlington, VT where the customer service personnel said they could swap for the correct size, or store credit. I brought it to the store with tags on the item showing the price: $44.00. The size I needed was unavailable, so I thought it would be store credit, and she could pick something out later. Wrong! They would only give me store credit for $12.00, really, $12.00 when I paid $44.00. Talk about trying to rip off this consumer to the tune of $30.00. NOT going to happen. I rarely shop there, and I certainly won't again. I'll stick with other local retailers and on-line shopping. Even Walmart gives complete store credit up to $50.00 if you miss place the receipt and the tags are on it.

I really enjoy the Store in the UI-Mall. What I didn’t appreciate was the cashier asking if my husband would like to open an account. I said no very politely, then she preceded to explain I could get a discount if he did, again I said no politely. She continued to explain to me that it would be to my benefit if he did do so. Finally I had to tell her my husband had passed away so to stop her. Did not appreciate that at all. (My husband only passed away in November.) I will try and avoid her the next time I am in there.

Lindsey, who is a manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. There are glasses marked as50% off very clearly above the sign. But ring as full price. Instead of explaining calmly she just got very defensive and kept saying it’s not 50% off. This is no way to run a store. You cannot mislabel product and then yell at your customers when they ask. Also she made me wait 15 minutes before speaking with me and no one is in the store, so literally just made me wait because she’s lazy. My family and I Will not be back or shopping with Kohl’s ever.

We shopped at Kohl's for the kids. Over $500.00 however the clerk advised to sign for Kohl's Card(saved 35%) then $10.00 coupon & $40.00 coupon. She was wonderful! Very nice shipping experience.

I do typically like Kohl’s, but unfortunately this time was not that pleasant. This happened no more than a month ago, but I thought I should word it. An older woman with black hair told me that I could not pay my bill, which I came in another day previously to pay my Kohls bill. I was definitely discouraged that I wasn’t able to pay my bill after I had that done only days ago. I understand she might’ve been in a rush but there was no line. I ALWAYS like to pay my kohls credit card bills here because of convenience, but maybe if they are no longer accepting payments I’ll have to try to make an account online.

It's really a poor selection. This is a cluttered store, and they never let you use the Kohls App. They try and tell you it doesn't work, but each time I requested them to try, it worked just fine. Some clerks won't even try at all. Weird things going on at the register.

I went in to get one thing. When I asked the lady if she had what I wanted she said she didn’t work in the Sephora. I tried to tell her all I needed to know was a brand name. But before I could finish she snapped at me and said “she’s coming you need to wait!” This is an older lady with grey white hair that works in the front of kohls. As the other lady got over I can see the old lady rolling her eyes and making faces at her coworker about me. When she came over she was rude too. As I left I heard them talking badly about me. Simply don’t work in customer service if you’re going to treat people badly. You’ve lost my service for good kohls. This is why no one wants to go to your Sephora. Two of your employees were blatantly rude to me. I also let corporate know. Looks like you already have a bad reputation.

This is my go-to place for clothing and home essentials. I rarely have to return anything, as their products are high-quality. However, on the few times I had to exchange something, it has always been hassle-free. Shout out to Christina and her wonderful staff. Always friendly and greet you with a smile!

I love Kohl's just about everywhere we are. Always clean inside the store with clear prices and savings noted on all items. Our visit was shopping for some warm apparel and there were great deals and a friendly team of customer service representatives.

A nice Kohl's! Had everything we were looking for and then some! Definitely nicely kept, cleaned, and organized. The prices also seemed the same as ever other Kohl's I have been too.The employees seemed extremely nice, especially the cashier we had. I'd go back here again for my clothes shopping.

This store almost always has exceptions for their coupons. I have never been able to use their coupons because somehow everything I need or want to buy is excluded. They also don't always honor their own discounts unless you ask for a manager to intervene. Not worth the hassle and items are not great quality either if you are stuck paying the full price. The reason I gave two stars is for Amazon returns. That was an easy and efficient process.

I went to jcpenneys first and purchased clothing. Went to cKOHLS and found more of what I wanted and sizes I wanted all in stock. Returned my other purchases. Kohls was great!

I hate to say it because I try to buy in person as much as possible but shopping here is a lost cause for any person big and tall since they rearranged everything, no dress shirts at all, very small corner that has only 1 type of style of the shirts they do have and even before they revamped the store it was such a slim collection to find stuff on occasion.

This Kohl's is like all others for the most part. There always seems to be some sort of odd "revamping" going on so you can count on some part of the store being a mess. Generally is just has a dark and depressing vibe here. The front cashiers have been nothing but pleasant, kind, and overly helpful. They should all get raises.
