The pharmacy team is incredibly incompetent and failely utterly to provide a modicum of basic care. Cancelled my prescription multiple times without informing me, when I called I was placed on hold and then bumped back to the main menu. 'sorry for that issue' isn't in their vocabulary, nor is 'let's look into that,' just blank stares and absolute indifference. Go to a different pharmacy if you want a decent standard of care and predicability with your meds.

I always love going to this pharmacy. Elizabeth, Pharm.D, and the rest of the staff are always so kind and friendly. Elizabeth always goes above and beyond. She’s helped me out with correcting billing issues through my insurance which saved me lots of $$. I also feel like I can ask any and all questions and leave with all of the info I need. Highly recommend!!

Pharmacist Elizabeth knew when I was there what I needed. Seemed like an effortless act to complete the order of medicine required. She knew the repeated customer and what they get and in a busy environment she delivered in a smoothly fashion. Next thing you know I was walking out with the medicine I needed. Elizabeth is a great pharmacist. Excellent multitasker. Very balanced and professional. Thank you doctor elizabeth.

Decent place. The staff are always nice when I go, and they have a strangely robust toy section. The info on Gmaps says they open at 8am, but they don’t actually open until 9am. Not just the pharmacy, the whole store is locked when I showed up at 8am.

Absolutely awful. A certain staff member is problematic to say the least. It’s sad because it was a great store for a long time, but I just don’t feel comfortable or safe going there alone.

My prescription was called in at 11:30 am. When I went to pick it up at 2:24, it wasn’t filled. “Julia” was on lunch and there was no way to get it. “I could wait though! Or come back when it was filled.” No call for 3 hours telling me that there was a problem. Thanks to school traffic, I left without it. This was not the first time this has happened. I had to come back one time, a day later. No thanks. I’m switching pharmacies.

Super friendly people here at the pharmacy and in general! They are sticklers about carding for alcohol and tobacco, but that's fair and keeping the community safe, not to mention pursuant to federal law. Try not to act like your rush is of greater importance than their desire to not be potentially fined. The world shut down for a while back there, but there are still "stings" operating

I went today to pick up my prescription that was called in 1.5 hours ago and there was only one person in the pharmacy and it was not the pharmacist. The girl said the pharmacist took an hour off lunch and I’d have to come back in a half hour to get it. I had already been in the store for 20 minutes shopping so I didn’t want to wait there another 1/2 hour. So it’s disappointing that I have to make a special trip out to get it now. They should have more people working to cover the lunch break.

I've been going here since my mid 20's, and can't even begin to tell you how awesome this pharmacy is. Dave, Shannon (when he used to work here), and the middle aged female pharmacist w/ shorter brown hair are absolutely phenomenal. They have ALWAYS gone out of their way to look up prices (and save me as much $ as possible), go to bat for me against my own insurance, and even call my doctor's office when a refill is due, but for whatever reason I had difficulty getting ahold of my doctor myself to do the same thing. Not to mention all the times they've stayed past closing just to make sure I could pick up my medication after running late after work. As a huge supporter of small & local businesses, I must say that Kinney Drugs on Williston Road in South Burlington gives even the most cordial and welcoming local places a run for their money (and service). Their kindness, professionalism, due dilligence to serve their customers, and genuine but honest attitude regarding their pharmaceutical care always makes me forget that they are a corporate chain - and for that reason I will be a customer for another 10+ years. Thank you for everything you do, and more importantly how you always make me feel regardless of any questions, issues, or concerns I have (and to be honest sometimes they are a lot 0=). I've never once gotten off the phone w/ them or left THAT location without feeling like they've been a small town pharmacy throughout my parents or my entire life. Highly recommend!
