Nice store but they put up signs advertising sales with no dates. When you get to the cash register they say "oh, that starts tomorrow". Convenient for them, irritating for me. Is definitely false advertising.

This is the largest Joann I have ever seen. Everything was organized and they had a great selection of yarn and fabric.

didn’t let me bring my fur baby in to try fabric samples on him. he is a ginger cat (28 pounds) and takes alot for my old body to carry. certain colors do not go with his melanin. guess he won’t be getting a new christmas vest

Have everything you need to make whatever.i am an Elvis fan .so I made an Elvis belt from Joanns fabric .bought most of things I needed there .iam working on a second belt .i also paint an I bought my paint from Joann fabrics to make these two painting of a deer an moose on.wood an fake stone .

Very impressed with the selection, organization and quality. Needed to seek people out to find what I was looking for but everyone knew where things were. Allison at the register took time to show me how I might fix a zipper pull issue and determined the thing I thought I needed actually wasn’t going to work for my coat. It was truly above and beyond from a customer service perspective and I really appreciated her help!

Ok, tell me if you heard this one already. A little old lady enters the fabric store. It's wonderfully huge, but a challenge to walk so far looking for Natural Non Flammable fabrics. Exhausted, yet happy with what she found she slowly makes her way to check out. By now she's thinking, golly just let get this done so I can feel happy sewing items for the animal shelter. Once at the counter she encounters a nice lady with "Allison" on her name tag. It's nice to see a smile when you're so exhausted, thank you powers that be. Surprise! The check out process went smoothly, no rudeness, never rushed and TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING..... Allison not only showed me how to save money this time, but for future times. Allison has shown good customer service and organized time usage. Can we please clone her for where I go to for lunch? Thank you Allison and bless your heart.

I really like the remodel-- it looks much cleaner and more modern now!Pros:Good selectionCurbside is easy and fastLots of coupons availableCons:Checkout line is almost always long and slow.Aisles are not demarcated in any way (like "aisle 5") so it can be difficult to find things in store

The ladies who do the cutting are not nice people so I was planning to give a bad review until I got to the register. Phoenix was so kind and wonderful. She gave me the best customer service I have had since being in South Burlington. 10 out of 10

this jo anns is HUGE especially in the yarn and fabrics section. anytime i go in to get yarn i never have trouble finding the exact color or type i’m looking for. plus the employees are all super kind and helpful :)

Oh my goodness! Haven't been in here in years. What a treat for the senses! Lovely fabrics in every colour,style and texture. A smaller store, near and clean. Many craft items for hours of fun. As I walked through, my head whirled with ideas! The store is kind of hidden- I went there while my car was being worked on at Midas, across the way. Definitely go and check it out.

The staff were friendly and ready to help.This Joann is more for quilters rather than clothing sewists as most of the store's fabrics are quilting cottons. I love their pattern sales (specially since I come from far away) and I love how it carries a variety of different craft items such as knitting and quilting among others.

Never had an issue with any of the staff. They are usually very helpful with making sure you get all the coupons you should for your purchase. It doesn't have an overly huge variety of fabrics aside from what you would use for quilting or fleece but for a small store I like the variety. I can always find something for whatever project I have. Just wish the store was a little bigger so they could offer classes.

Our local store is expanding. For years it was very small with no public restrooms. It's still a work in progress but almost done. I was impressed with the new selections.

Small but bigger than it looks from the outside. I was so excited to find a JoAnns in the area since I just moved here. Staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't too busy, and the selection was good. I will definitely go back!

I was very DISAPPOINTED ☹️.. I went there thinking I would talk to an employee that could help me. Donna was extremely rude. I asked her many question about fabric, measuring boards etc. Told Donna I haven't sewed since high school. She was completely non helpful in ANY way. Then I see Donna Helping a Lady HER AGE. With everything ,fabric, the sizes, I mean everything. That was so disrespectful in many ways. Unprofessional. The other girl was helpful cutting my fabric. 😕

I could spend hours and hours in the store. I now see the allure of crafting Paris Hilton is on something. The staff are friendly and polite. they did not have the variety of cricket stuff that we were looking for but it's all good.

Went on to find a few things with my daughter. She bought things that she wanted to make. All of the materials were marked down clearance items, so that saved her money. I was able to use a coupon to save an additional sum on some other things she bought not on sale so that was a plus.

Two women working were extremely rude. I had driven an hour and a half to go specifically to Joann fabric. I had a few questions about quilting and they were very very rude. Acted as if I was bothering them when I asked for help. There were a few other ladies whose eye browse rose when they saw how she behaved towards me. I will never go to that store again. Some people should not work with the public.

Thank you to Alicen for help with an item transfer from another store. She even took the time to find a coupon that worked! Also the day before this the employee I talked to about this item was very helpful and told me I could get it from another store because they were out of it.
