This is a huge store. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the low prices.This is the first time I visited. It's always a little challenging to find things. Lots of signs. Friendly staff. They even helped me bag.The thing that was frustrating was the handicap parking was far away from the entrance. I was happy somebody left their cart in the handicap parking lot I don't know if I could have found out where the carts were otherwise. I'm not sure why they put preference for the to go pick up parking lot for vehicles.

Hanafords seems to have the lowest prices around. The staff are very nice and the store is always clean and I have never had to wait in a long line there. They have a restroom right in the front of the store.

The one women with gray hair at the deli, was extremely rude. I waited in line for about five minutes, which is not bad. And as it was finally my turn, my son stuck an onion ring in my mouth so it took me about 2.2 seconds to swallow it. Apparently this irritated the deli worker, and she was extremely rude to me. She did not ask me how I wanted my meat sliced and it is so thick!!! She also threw the package in front of me. If you don’t like your job and you’re not a people person move on. Nasty attitude.I’m always the first one to be kind, I didn’t like this.(Hannafords- Dorset street)

Large supermarket. Has sushi department in addition to all the usuals, like bakery, deli, and salad/hot bars.Good produce selection.Clean, well-lit and we’ll-stocked.Has Redbox, Coinstar and an ATM.

i called to place an order for a cookie cake. i asked to put “20 year old dirtbag” as a joke for a friends birthday. they told me that it was “too rude” for a cake. i’m paying for the product, and it is not going to harm hannafords image. cake was fine.

Bought a double layered carrot cake ($14.99) and when I tried it at home, to my disappointment, it was DRY, not even traces of carrot. Just a handful of raisins.Really bad!

The remodel is finally just about finished, so items are a little easier to find. Deli case is very clean looking, and now more help in the mornings so the wait is less.

Service is still good, but overall, there are better options. Service deli is sometimes closed due to staffing. There are no longer fresh deli salads, just prepackaged. Hannaford is no longer my first choice.

Seriously, check the dates on the products they have before you buy them. Half the stuff I bought 3 weeks ago is either already or about to expire and even then when I was there, most of the yogurt, milk, and cream they had on the shelves had already expired. They need to do better at inventory management. Other than that, it's a nice store and easy to navigate

I bought libsters for my kids birthday and theman at the fish counter cooked them for me they were delicious and it. Couldent have been easyer the only problem was thier tinfoil and tinfoil lined bag was not waterproof they were leaking liquid if i had realized I would have grabed a few waterproof vegetable bages to keep the fishy liquid contained

This is well laid out place. Since the rona they have people cleaning carts and making sure folks wear face mask. The produce is amply stocked with good selections. The folks that manage this store are doing a good job with customer service.Im finding what I came for. Use a cart in store they have plenty at the front entrance where they need to be for us terrible walkers. The cashiers are some of the sweetest most helpful around. Greatly recommend this shop. The sell Livermore! My personal favorite.

Great location right on bus line well maintained clean courteous staff,lottery ticket vending machines,deli,just a great store especially since I have to utilize the bus system for transportation. Plenty of self checkout lines, great staff,restrooms. Also it's always pleasant experience when I go shopping,have never been hassled by any rude shoppers or staff, always someone close to help you find a product... Was just there and they got a lot of coolers brought in for mother's day they haven't filled them yet but I suppose they will empty just as fast as they can fill them full of flowers,so happy mother's day. Ok update HANNAFORDS is still a great store. The employees are always super friendly, bathrooms are always clean,produce looks great,shelf's are stocked with the prices easily readable,lots of self checkout lines but they do still have plenty of cashier's and baggers available. I Love Shopping at Hannafords!

I have been shopping here every month for over 12yrs. Great selection, great prices, great customer interaction, and an easy to find items layout. I would however ask you please check and rotate your prepack macaroni, potato and other salads near the deli. I was in today around 3pm and after bringing home our groceries noticed the sale by date on my salad was 4days ago. It hasn't diminished my shopping enthusiasm with your company, but I will start checking dates more thoroughly.

My primary supermarket store! Staff are friendly, honest, and reliable. the place is so clean and well organized. I have an experience which i accidentally forgot one bag of groceries i bought. I came back the day after that and they still remember the goods i bought and let me get a new ones without paying them again. I am so happy i thought i totally lost it and have to pay again. More powers to this place! :)

My go to grocery store just down the road from my home. Their attention to what people are asking for, organic produce, for me at least is great. Prices are a bit better than some grocery stores near by. If you want a particular product stocked, just ask the customer service desk and they will do. Keep up the great work and friendly atmosphere. !!

This was my first visit to this Hannaford and I found the layout easy to follow, the selection good, the prices reasonable and everything looked clean. My only complaint is there were only 2 checkout lanes open and it was quite busy. But I did self checkout with no wait and it was easy.

Store is so much bigger. But I swear I spend $100 - $200 everytime I go there and get nothing, Even before COVID and now with all prices going up. They are more middle class - high class people.

Beautiful produce, and house brands have prices that can't be beat. Some really delicious things to be found in the bakery, and lovely fresh meat. Name brand items can be a bit more expensive than other stores.

We were really impressed by how the entire store was so well merchandized. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful. The food prices were at least in most cases between 10% to 25% less than in Northern California. What a pleasant surprise since Vermont has such a short growing season and has to import many of its fruits and vegetables from California. The same holds true for the two major cities in Quebec--Montreal & Quebec City!

The manager, Brian Z. was incredibly rude and unprofessional to me. I came in and selected about $70 worth of groceries including some alcoholic margarita mix. When I handed him my ID he immediately said “no.” I’m 22 years old and expressed to him that it was real to which he essentially mocked me. I had recently gotten a new ID and offered to show him my emails with my state government. He told me he wouldn’t take it anyways. I told him he could call the police to verify. He smugly still said no. The whole time he was talking extremely condescending and it was humiliating as there were several other customers and workers around. He seemed to be relishing in me getting more and more upset and ended it with “well I have the right to refuse and I’m not going to take it.” I understand he was doing his job, but it didn’t seem he was interested in verifying I was of age - it seemed he was on some bizarre power trip and was relishing in his power to veto me despite my multiple attempts to work with him to verify the validity of my ID. I decided that I could not, in good faith and with self-respect, spend my money after receiving rude treatment, so I cancelled the rest of my items. As a retail worker myself, I did not take this decision lightly. Brian then proceeded to complain (intentionally loudly so I would hear) to another customer and worker about how I wasn’t going to purchase the rest of my groceries. I cried the entire ride home at how disrespectful and embarrassing the experience was. It wasn’t about the alcohol it was about basic human respect and customer service. He treated me like I was some sort of punk and was overall incredibly rude and unprofessional. Save me the power trip next time.

Super market with a large variety of selections. High quality items and value prices on many products. Fresh produce, specialty items, all standard grocery store products and a variety of pre-made meals. Clean store with numerous friendly and helpful employees.
