Met at the Farmers Market in Middlebury. Hilary was super informative. Spoke of the breed and promoted the various options of purchasing in both small and bulk portions. We tried the rib eye and ground beef; both were delicious. We may have overcooked the rib eye a bit but it passed the test of all who tasted it. We'll be visiting here often.
