Employees were eager to help. One wonderful young man not on the register immediately offered to wrap my peach trees in plastic so the dirt wouldn't spill in my car. Of all the times I've bought shrubs and trees other places, no one has done that for me! What a nice touch. Peach trees were an excellent price too.

I come here for one product a few times a year. It’s one of those stores where staff ignore you (I mean in a good way) until you ask for assistance and then they are so happy to help! Today I didn’t even have to lift either of the 40 lb bags I purchased and I am so appreciative!

Such a wonderful experience shopping at this establishment - I have enjoyed shopping here for years. I was sorry to read of how they were treated in a review regarding Masks - I did not experience this at all and found them to be as responsible as others when it comes to protecting their customers. As I support masks, I have seen some people be overly sensitive, and I believe this may have been the case here. Such a review could greatly effect someone's business - folks need to be more responsible, sensitive to businesses and not just their own feelings. Perhaps a phone call to management would have been more respectful and productive than try to punish them with a 1 star as they did. Please give this establishment a chance - they are very professional and kind - at least, that has been my experience

Tractor Supply is fine if you don't mind bags of feed and such with holes that have been taped closed. Or if you know where everything you want is because there is only ever one person working in the huge store. And they can't help because they're at the register.7/31/21 Just had my first visit (not kidding) where they had everything I was looking for, none of the bags were ripped, the cash register wasn't broken, and there wasn't a line. Really shouldn't buy a lottery ticket today because I used up all my good luck for the day with this visit.

Tammy was very helpful and went above and beyond today. When I arrived to pick up a special order the other staff could not locate it. Tammy immediately searched for the item, and having to unload and move pallets in the back room, Tammy returned with my dog food!Thank you so much!

I bought a utility trailer with an online pre-purchase. There was an inventory issue, which happens anywhere from time to time. The store manager, Kyle, made it right. He was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service.

I had a great experience on a Friday night, 1 hour before they closed, during the biggest snow storm of the season. The two people on staff were friendly, understanding, and very helpful. In -6 degree temperature, they didn't blink an eye at helping me squeeze a snow blower into a mini van or driving a forklift to load a pallet worth of some bagged material into another customer's pickup truck. Inside, the store was clean, organized, and had a variety of products.

We started going to Tractor Supply for the Vet clinic. It's a great store and we are now steady customers for all our animal, property, and household needs. The vet clinic is professional and efficient. We provide a home for several senior dogs, and appreciate the cost savings for shots and nail trims. Super nice people too.

Horrible service. There is never anything in stock. I ordered a chainsaw and when it came in I couldn’t get anyone to help me for over 20 minutes and I was standing at the customer service desk all while they walked by me ignoring me. Once I finally got them to grab my order I wanted bar&chain oil and they were completely out. They also didn’t have 2 circle oil or the correct size file for the chain. I had to go to the local hardware store and they had everything I needed to run my new chainsaw. Never again.

The best customer service and knowledgeable staff you’ll find anywhere. Leaps and bounds above the box stores. There are hardware stores much closer to where I live, but they are worth the extra drive. I had to return something today that they told me they’d simply throw away and not get credit for from the manufacturer. They put the customers needs above the almighty dollar

I come here for my animal food ( chicken, rabbit, dog, & ferret. Good place to also buy gardening supplies like rakes and shovels. We went in today for fencing. I also usually buy chicks here too. They are always healthy & many breeds offered.

Drove to Tractor Supply to get Propane. It is raining but not thundering or lightening....it's not like one can't check the radar. Three young ladies doing nothing but talking to each other....standing around. Filled propane before. I understand about lightening...but a bit of rain?? Don't hire people who are afraid of getting wet!!

A decent store, but the selection of stuff is a bit odd and limited. It does serve a niche that I am not sure anything else fails in the area. I ordered a product that came defective, and I have not attempted to return it, but I was a little bit disappointed by that given that it was a store brand.

I love this store because it's a Jack of all trades. You can get clothing or shoes, pet food, gardening supplies, and even a toddler tricycle all at the same place for a great price!

Came here to make a delivery, staff was very polite. Great selection of tools , picked up a Snap-On pocket knife that was in clearance for $ 7.00 & a 24 pack of spring water for $3.49 .....
