Called ahead to ask if they had dog themed Christmas ornaments. The person on the phone was very helpful. When we arrived we warmly greeted. We were shown the various ornaments. Pleased to see they had ones representing many breeds. My nephew found a rope chew toy & treats. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Peanut loved the toy! Happy New Year!

So appreciative and impressed with the knowledgeable and endlessly accommodating staff at my visit today with my 3x incontinent golden. Moose and I were more upset with the mess we made than you were, and your kindness and compassion for us both while setting him up with the right gear to get him through this rough patch at the end of his life was above and beyond the call of duty! We love Pet Food Warehouse! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. they are always willing to help put together a large food order ahead of time, they help bring it out to your car and will help load it if you want them too. I am a member of their raw food club and they offer a discount for club members as well as frequent deals on food, toys, litter etc. They carry a fair amount of local options and also the bigger names in the pet food industry. We order Aunt Jeni's raw food in bulk for our three dogs and three cats and it is by far the best price around!

an employee here was pretty rude towards me about the size of the litter box i was buying for a 2 pound kitten, even when we told her that it was just a backup box in case the large one we ordered did not come in time. not sure why they sell smaller sized litter boxes if the employees are going to be rude when you try and buy them. everyone else i interacted with at this store was nice though.

Not sure why I haven't come here before. Came looking for suggestions for my 11 yr old lab who has been on hills prescription food. My dog was not eating his hills food right away and I got concerned. Talked to Mike who greeted me instantly at the door. After explaining my dog's situation he knew exactly where to point me. He was so knowledgeable and friendly with great suggestions. As soon as I got home I opened up the bag of food. His nose was in it and he was excited to eat again. Will never buy dog food anywhere else! Customer service experience was top notch. Thank you Mike and PFW!

The staff here couldn't be better. Very knowledgeable. Love them all. Very very eager to help. They all love animals and greet my dog when I walk in. Give him treats. He goes bonkers when we approach the door because he recognizes where we are. They have a great selection of quality stuff for my dog and if I had a cat my cat. And probably other animals but I don't pay attention to anything accept the dog stuff. They don't carry a TON of brands but that is because they don't carry food or other items they wouldn't give their own pet. I am a permanent member of this club!

This was one of the first places I went to at the beginning of the pandemic and everyone was very good about social distancing and I was impressed to see them as a very early adopter of curbside service! I have shopped here for years and refuse to go to the big box stores because the service is no where near as good.

I cannot recommend this place enough! A simple trip to try to switch my dogs food ended up being an amazing experience! The folks there were so helpful and honest about all the options. It was nice to hear someone really willing to take the time (almost 45 min!) to really learn about my dog and help me make the right choice for her - I was completely blown away. She also suggested some sweet local joint supplements that her dogs love (and they are on sale-get on that!) when I mentioned she has achy joints. I learned so much and left feeling confident in my choice with a smile on my face. I just fed the pup her first meal including the new raw food and shes never been so excited to eat! Thank you for taking the time to help an inexperienced rescue dog mom find the perfect fit for us. I will certainly be back for all of our furry friends needs!

This place has a huge variety of pet supplies. I'm very fussy about pet food quality and even I am overwhelmed by the choices for raw and or minimally processed options.but they took care of that by offering me some free samples to take home. I had a hard time finding a brush for my large double coated dog and had already returned one. The sales person opened a couple for me and welcomed me to try them.one did turn out to work perfectly.I only wish they were open later in the evenings

This place is fantastic. We have been going there for years, but today I had an employee help me who was just fabulous. My dog has not been eating and he gave me some great suggestions about how help. I am standing here while he is finishing up his second consecutive meal today!

While it isn't perfect, it's my go to pet supply store. The service has been kind of strange in my experience, and special orders take a minute (or two) everything they do is with a great attitude, and an unabating love for the animals they support. They love every dog that walks through their doors and are nothing but kind, and really that's what keeps me going back.That and their exceptional selection of specialty foods, chewy bits, and awesome Vermont made toys.They have plenty of good deals all the time, and again, they're just as sweet as anything.

The employees here are ABSOLUTELY wonderful! They are very knowledgeable. They know where everything is. They can answer questions or find someone who can. And they will even carry groceries to the car! The brands they carry are healthier than what you'd find in most grocery stores. There are plenty of toys for dogs and cats. I'm unsure what's available for other creatures. And they carry shampoos and other related items. Terrific place, which I highly recommend!

Pet Food Warehouse has a well deserved reputation for being an amazing place for furry friends and a local treasure!Everyone who works here is sooooo friendly! They love talking with you about your pet, interacting with your little guy/gal, and are quite knowledgeable about all the products they carry. They will definetly come to help you find something, so don't be alarmed or feel like they're trying to push a sale. My experience has been that they honestly just want to help you get what you need for your pet, and more often than not, they want a little time schmoozing with your pet!The store itself carries a healthy variety of toys, treats, animals part snacks, foods (dry, wet, and refrigerated), as well as hygiene and grooming products as well. There is a nice selection across a spectrum of prices, so you can spring for the organic, locally sourced top notch dry food if you have the inclination, or you can go for something a bit more modest. Bottom line is that they don't carry crappy products, but there is an affordable option for everyone.They aren't a full range store, as far as I am aware (meaning that they don't carry or sell animals). They just carry what you need for your pooch or cat.Come here for great service, great products, and fair prices!

I often seem to have to change my dogs dogfood because they either stop carrying the food she eats or they run out. I have a dog with a sensitive stomach so as much as I want to support local making my dog sick every now and again makes it super hard to keep shopping here. This visit was great but i only went in for a refill for cat liter. I've gone there in the past and was treated like i was stupid.- The dog treats were priced wrong. And I mean not just 1 or 2 items in the wrong spot there were 20 items and the difference in price was $10. The manager wouldn't honor the mistake that he ended up pricing wring.
