Loved this place! Animals outside, festive with live music inside, food, drinks, and maple sugar products like whoa! Never had so much maple sugar stuff in one place! The line was long, but the festival atmosphere and excitement on the kid's faces made up for any consternation. The maple syrup on "snow" (shaved ice) with dry donut & pickle was as delightful as it was weird. Try it, you'll want to experiment at home!

This was a pretty cool little sugar house we found. They have a bunch of maple products available and you can sit down to enjoy your food inside. They have the sap evaporator in the building where the syrup is produced. They had a band there today but we were just traveling through so didn't have a chance to stay and listen. The only bathroom we saw was a Porta potty.

This is a classic Vermont sugar house that is conveniently located to Burlington. The food is delicious, the syrup and treats are great, and the barn and live music is a great vibe. I very much recommend this spot to anyone.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. Bring your kids and enjoy!

Very busy, high quality, and a real sweet treat. This place has great maple syrup, food and drink. Get there early and bring the kids! Family owned and operated. Parking lot can get messy in mud season so wear boots. Great live music too! A Vermont staple.

They advertised an eclipse event . We drove from MA , when we got there it was $50 to park in the middle of nowhere with tons of parking. Worst part was all events listed parking fee if there was any , they had no mention of this crazy parking fee. What a scam and will never go back. They lost our business bc we planned to buy syrup and cheeses.

Very disappointed! Google opening hours are incorrect. Closed today Sunday September 10 2023. We were looking forward to some lovely treats. Had to leave without anything 😞

Brought the kids on a Sunday afternoon in March and had a blast!! The sap was boiling away, someone was playing guitar and singing old timey music, and people were eating everything maple! We got fresh hot maple syrup samples straight from the boiler which were delicious. Everyone was super friendly and all were having a great time. Just a fun atmosphere and delicious treats. A very fun way to enjoy spring time in Vermont!

We went here for the first time on Sunday and it was a great treat! We had sugar-on-snow, fried dough, and the best maple popcorn! The only thing we were left wondering was how we never stopped before. Good Vermont fun at it’s finest!

Their maple menu is impressive on its own but today's live music, booths, and food trucks (babas tacos *my fav) were above and beyond. Yummy and enjoyable time was had by all kids and adults. Thanks you David, Michelle, and family.

Visited here today and was lucky to be only the fourth in line . Due to the pandemic only allowing a certain number in the barn. When we left the line was very long , but it is a good day out doing something “ Vermonty “ I am originally from Massachusetts and always went to a certain place on the beach that I believe had the best fried dough Not that there are that many places here in Vermont to get it , but the few I’ve tried did not satisfy. You would think fried dough is fried dough. Not the case. The fried dough here is the best I’ve had since moving to Vermont. And of course fresh Vermont maple syrup makes it more delicious .We sat at the counter where they are making and bottling the syrup and the guy gave us some extra to put on our dough . Can’t get fresher than that! I had a maple hot dog and honestly it didn’t look so good, kind of wrinkly, but it was very good . Had a snap and could definitely taste the maple . And on to the ice cream truck outside. Here in Vermont of course what we in Massachusetts call soft serve is called a creamy and we’ve had a few that have been very good . By my review it may sound like I work there or am getting paid, but their maple creamy was the best we’ve had since moving here Again you’d think a creamy is a creamy. Not the case so rich and creamy and thick. Deeeelicious. And to top it off a very friendly owner greeting, talking and thanking everyone who visits. And a gallon of warm maple syrup just made! Will definitely be back!Steve C

Such a great family atmosphere!!! We have been many times and never have been disappointed. There is music, laughter, great food and the smell of sap boiling. A true picturesque vision of old time Vermont sugaring.

If you're out visiting sugar houses in the Chittenden County area, this should be your first place to visit. You'll enjoy the traditional Vermont sugar house, run by real Vermonters (who know best when it comes to producing maple syrup!). Not only are they open on the official maple open house weekends but several other weekends in addition to that. A great place to bring the family.

Fun place to get a local taste of Vermont. You can smell the sap boiling and they have everything from maple hot dogs, to maple creamies. I personally was a fan of the fry bread.

I have never had to paid $9.48 for two kid creemees in a cup with maple crunchies. I have been to Palmers Sugar House including the Palmers which was down the road but never for creemees. I kind of had sticker shock but since I ordered I paid. The creemees were okay but I will never go back there for anything. I will go to Milton's Diner or Al's French Fries instead.

First time I've ever had sugar on snow! Apple cider donut and a pickle and maple syrup over shaved ice, whaaaaat!? For $5.50! Nifty! The donut was kind of meh today.

Great, fun local place with delicious maple products and often has live music, farmer's booths/food trucks, and other events, along with a playground and a goat and chicken pen.
