DON’T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION AT THIS PHARMACY! This drugstore has one employee in the Pharmacy and she must be the absolute slowest worker I have ever encountered! After waiting 30 minutes to get to the front of the line she had to check the voicemail for my prescription (which had been called in an hour prior to my arrival), then tells me that it would take her an hour to fill! It’s a steroid ointment for my eye after I had eye surgery! There’s no pills to count, no complicated instructions to print; just a single tube. No one else was in line behind me. I ended up leaving and going to another pharmacy but she had already filled it then would not answer her phone so I could avoid having to pay out of pocket. I was so irritated because while I was there she answered calls the whole time! DON’T GO TO THIS PHARMACY!

They were so nice and helpful when I ran in 2 minutes before closing for a lighter after ours broke. Without them our campfire dreams with smores and scary stories would have been ruined. Thanks!

The store staff are always polite and helpful but their is a pharmacist with zero personality and always gives me attitude for no reason. She's snooty and miserable. Someone who doesn't respect other people, is incapable of respecting themselves!!

During the covid lockdown, unable to leave my residence, I have ordered wine and other small items to be delivered to Shelburne.I cannot say enough about the shopping experience— helpful, knowledgeable , willing and prompt— often same day if call in early.They have gone out of their way to be helpful and will be my forever go to store!

Every time I go to get my meds they always say it’s never available and I talk to them on the phone and they will tell me my stuff is ready. I drive there to get it and they tell me my doctor never cleared anything. This has happened 4 times now and I’m never using this one again.
