We used In Full Bloom for our wedding this month and Britta was amazing to work with. I told her my color palette and she created the most beautiful flower arrangements for the tables, bouquets for myself and bridesmaids, boutonnières for the men, and a special arrangement for the Chuppah and more. Britta and the In Full Bloom crew met our expectations and beyond! In our first meeting with Britta, we described our ideas for floral arrangements including "sticks, grass, and natural colors"....the end result was amazing. Britta created arrangements that fit our wedding venue, our wedding feel, and to top it off they were stunningly beautiful! The tent was filled with herb & floral scents from the center pieces, and compliments from our guests continue to come in. They are truly experts at In Full Bloom! They are always busy making the most lovely creations! I love to visit the garden before seeing what interesting and exotic things they have on display inside. Great location too, right across from the Shelburne Museum... I love that area!

I called this florist from out-of-state looking to order an arrangement for my mother's 70th Birthday. I asked if they made local deliveries as it didn't specify on their website. I received a very curt and annoyed response indicating: "Not Today!" to which I replied with questions about delivery several days from now, asking how long their turnover from order to delivery would be. I received another shockingly abrasive reply saying: "it depends on where it'says being delivered to" in an extremely nasty tone. I immediately terminated my transaction with them and will definitely never call again for any of my Vermont relatives. I've never heard someone use such a rancid tone on a business call before. Whoever answered the phone has much to learn about customer service. Disappointing from my home state.
