Honest, prompt and organized! Brought my car in for a service and to get my brakes checked out. Although there was a little bit of shaking when I brake, they said there wasn’t an issue and there was plenty of life left in my pads. When they could have said they should be replaced, they were honest with me that I didn’t need to replace them yet as long as I could tolerate the shaking. They provided shuttle rides to and from and the driver Mark was very kind and communicative. All in all I would definitely recommend!

Debbie cheerfully checked me in for my vehicle service appointment. I had two coupons for a discount and she said she would use the one that was the better value and returned the other one to me. I was invited to wait in the comfortable showroom. The restroom was clean and bright. The appointment took less time than I expected. While I was waiting the other service advisor I knew stopped by to say hi to me. Good overall experience especially the 10% discount.

Almartin was incredible after the wiper motor on my car stopped working while I was 4 hours from home visiting my sister in Burlington. Rain was in the forecast and they got me in last minute on a Friday afternoon and did a hot fix to get me through the rain and back home. They had to go through a bunch of extra work because the parts were back ordered. Serious life savers and they were so gracious and kind in making sure my car was safe to drive.

During a recent service visit to address an intermittent failure of the Center Display on my 2022 Volvo I was impressed with the comprehensive customer service I received. Upon arrival Debbie Lyford reviewed the problem issues and updated new information to provide to the service technicians. She outlined the diagnostic process for me and kept me updated and well informed of progress in a very timely manner. A shuttle was available with flexibility to grab a bite to eat or run errands. The waiting area is comfortable, equipped with WiFi access, beverages and snacks. Well Done Debbie, thanks.

Our car went in for a Vt inspection and to have winter tires changed over. The tires went very well however, our xc60 that had just had its Volvo recommended factory maintenance including a full time up was said to not pass emissions therefore failing inspection. This was told to us despite no lights on the dash alerting of any codes or check engine status. We were then told it would be a 1.5h job on the phone but had a 570+ dollar labor bill as outlined in the invoice, making the hourly rate appear to be over 300/hr. It was a flex pipe starting to “leak a little” that prevented inspection but threw no check engine lights at all on the dash ironically. We are planning to review concerns with the service manager and have up most faith that he will bring clarity. Volvo has been great at finding resolution in our past history with them.

My appointment was for a manufacturer recall. The man who assisted us was Robert. He was very friendly and professional. The appt was fairly quick and went really smoothly. To be honest, this is my 2nd run in with Almartin Volvo. I chose to come back here for this because my first experience with them, for a different issue, was great. I will definitely come back here again if the need arises. For now, 5 stars.

No pressure salesman, Quinn was/is a joy to work with. But more importantly is the fact that he continues to support you after you have purchased the vehicle. Went for a 30,000 mile service as well as have a new set of wipers put on. Couple of minor items otherwise I would have clicked 5 stars; one, it took over a month for the first available appointment, and the second, you don’t honor coupons from other Volvo dealerships. The positive points: very amenable service area. Had our vehicle done in no time at all: was expected to take 2.5 hrs and the work was completed in a little over an hour. Our service agent was very helpful in answering questions we had about Volvo’s electric fleet as we are beginning to consider our next vehicle next year

My one of my vehicles tire fell off after getting my winter tires put on with a different company. My car was towed to them unexpectedly and they did amazing with this. Dereck communicated, they dealt with the insurance company, and they allowed a delivery of my new wheels to be sent to their dealership so I didn’t have to deal with it. This was done during the busy season of tire change overs and never once did they make me feel like I was a burden or they didn’t have time for me. I appreciated the treatment and great customer service!

Everything was great. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was due to no complimentary car wash. My vehicle was in for a major $$$ maintenance and it would have been really nice to pick up a clean washed car like we normally do.
