Store manager and deli manager are always friendly and accommodating. They have a knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take time to help. The building is iconic Sharon architecture, the historical landmark dates back to the 1800's when it became the Trading Post. Maplefield's purchased the property for like approximately $1,000,000.00 I was told and they renovated the whole place updating the technology by adding self checkout and a beautiful bathroom which is well lit, floor to ceiling tile- a huge improvement from the tiny, outdated restroom in the past.

Charged me $9.92 for a product that I never ended up buying. This very rude manger told me it’s my “banks problem. No refunds.” When I pushed back she threatened to call the police like a true Karen. Il never go to a maple fields EVER again when I travel through VT. Such a horrible experience and horrible store.

This place is unbelievable! I stopped there on a long trip back to Burlington on a Saturday night-about a quarter to nine to top up on gas because I knew I wouldn't make it all the way home and didn't know where the next gas station would be. I paid with my credit card, completed the whole process, and started to pump the gas when all of a sudden the pump shut off and went dead. I went to the door of the store and could see a young woman inside who refused to come to the door to see what was wrong. She stood inside and yelled "We're closed." So, not knowing where the next gas station was or if I could make it, I waited until she came out to ask if I could at least pump the gas that I needed to get home. I did explain that I wasn't going to make it without the gas-and by the way-I was a woman alone in a fairly isolated and dark area. The employee was absolutely rude and clearly just wanted to go start her Saturday night. I still cannot get over the fact that she turned the pump off after I had paid and mid-transaction. She would not even take the time to give directions to the nearest gas station-just waved her arms around and said, "Down there." What a pathetic excuse for a human being and a pathetic excuse for a business.

When you get food from the deli and it's wrong you WONT GET A REFUND. I got a small pizza that had so much cheese and sauce you you couldn't pick it up let alone eat it. When I brought it to deli management it was acknowledged but when the store manager was told about it( after many complaints) I was dismissed without being given a refund, apologized to if you get food from the deli expect it to be wrong or just grose.
