As much as I love the quality products that are offered at TjMax, this review is of a different nature. Today as I shopped, I suddenly realized that my purse was missing. As you can well imagine, I felt sick to my stomach. I had had it in my cart but never left the cart unattended. As an employee walked by I shared with her my plight. She asked me pertinent questions and then went into action. I had been in every isle of the store and it seemed hopeless. I was fearful it had been somehow stolen. This wonderful woman along with another wonderful employee methodically walked up and down every isle. As I despaired mentally listing all of the valuable contents and info that were lost, suddenly they both appeared asking, "Is this it?"IT WAS!!!!Feeling beyond grateful for their kindness and caring that went way beyond just doing their job.

For the most part this store is pretty decent,when my paper bag broke just outside the store Crystal was very helpful! Great selection of organic foods. Tbh there isn't a very good selection of ladies plus size dresses or petite plus sizes in general. Very good selection of Spices,cooking supplies, and home goods.

I usually shop their clearance beauty products and I can usually get my hair products at a good price. What I don't understand is why their clothing selection prices seem to be so much higher than tj Max's around the country. It just seems the stores I go to in SC and FL have a larger selection of clothing under 24.99 and the rutland store that appears to be starting price. However the staff is nice, the store is clean.

I used gift card I received as birthday present last year. The only thing I was interested in was discounted shampoo and soap. They don't really have anything else I am interested in. Not really their fault....I am a guy interested in sports. Their clothes selection s aren't really marketed for someone like me. Nonetheless I was at least able to find something. This review probably won't be of much use, but it is what it is.

I've always liked T.J. Maxx and they have an interesting mix of high-end household goods and designer clothes, toys, gourmet snacks, household knickknacks and dishes and the like. A good way to find deals on nice stuff. The only thing I've never liked about this chain is that for men's clothes, you're hard pressed to find anything even in large, and beyond that, forget it. This particular store doesn't seem to be any different than any others I've been to.

Every once in awhile if you know what you're looking for you can get something for a decent price with in there but in general I feel that this store is overpriced compared to what I'm able to get in most retail stores.I catch myself laughing out loud many times when I see they compared their price to what you would pay in retail I would never pay and they use this to justify what they're charging. For specific things that you really can't plan because there's no consistency in what they have or brands it's a hit and miss that's why I give it three stars and if you're not paying attention you will not save money you will spend money but I found a few Treasures in there from time to time

Great store with many great options to chose from. The store setup is really good and the staff always ready to help. One important thing that I have noticed is that their inventory is always fresh and up to date. Great business, will visit again.

Not the biggest TJ Maxx- actually on the smaller side compared to Middlebury or really any other one I've been to. With that said the selection is good for what they do have. Most of the staff are fairly friendly. I wish they would ease up on trying to sell me their store credit rewards program though.

Prices seem higher than they used to be but there is some really nice stuff. Not the place to go if shopping for kids because there isnt much for them. There is a decent amount of baby stuff. I love the housewares

I shop for kitchen and home goods here. It is a good alternative for Bath Body and Beyond with reasonable price. The downside is that you never know what you will find in the store and if you need it..

In the Rutland store - newly reopened - on May 28. Boo. Overall bad impression started when I was waiting to get a n. Staff were telling customers they didn't "have to" wear masks (because it's not law in VT) and people were opting to TAKE their masks off. I asked the staff, she said people don't have to but there is a 'sign' on the door asking people to wearasks. The one, small print my sign did in fact strongly encourage customers to wear masks for others safety. Staff could have said THAT instead. We wish you would, and many would. Inside, yes there are arrows on the floor and alternate registers are open. But plenty of customers are strolling around with their faces uncovered. Worst thing about the experience is that the line is quite long to check out, and I have to stand next to these careless people in order to get out.

This is one of the best TJMaxx’s you’ll shop at. People are so friendly, attentive and genuinely want to do a good job. It’s definitely something that makes a difference. It’s always hit or miss, but that’s the nature of the TJMaxx brand. If you’re in Rutland and you have an hour to spend, check out this TJMaxx. It’s worth it!

Stories all right if I go in there looking for from clothes they don't have any good clothes look at that came from Goodwill I don't like shopping there Dino hat the clothes I thought they were I would never shop there again
