I have been feeling a positve shift in the team at this store since I have been a customer. Today the team was exceptional. Friendly welcomes, contagious courtesy, and humble. I felt helped, respected and watching the way my cashier supported his team made it a store I want to keep supporting. Great job celebrating donations! I'm positive those great attitudes were motivating people to give to a great cause.

Tucked away along Route 7 in Rutland, this business never seems overly busy, but it has some great deals on products and brands you won't find anywhere else in the area. It's worth checking out, especially when holiday shopping.

They had courteous customer service, everything was organized and clean. The pricing was a bit strange because clothes were quite cheap but the food was on par with regular grocery store, as was the cleaning products. I didn't get a chance to really look at much else because I was with my two sons. Overall I thought it was very good thus my rating.

I read a review about this store on another stores review. I hope what I read is not true. You people allow "trans" people to go into the changing room of whatever gender they think they are? In other words, allowing a man who thinks he's a woman into a woman's changing room? I really hope that person was trolling. If not, you people are going to encounter serious repacutions. If this is true, you need to stop this practice IMMEDIATELY.

I Love almost every OSJL, this one is no exception. organized like they all are. Say what you want, that means sometime. make sure you ask to get in the insider program. it's free, they don't pummel you with emails, and they give you instant coupons. how can you go wrong... i buy so much stuff from OSJL I have trouble visiting and not leaving with a bag of stuff... plus duck tape of course.enjoy i already do

Much better than the Ocean State Job Lot in Claremont! Still has the crazy bright lights and narrow aisles, but everything is well organized and well marked, plus there is more breathing room everywhere. I was particularly impressed with the selection of art supplies, including canvasses prepped for water-based paints.

We enjoy poking around looking for bargains. The Rutland store seems to have less merchandise than other stores we have visited. Careful on expiration dates, we've had a couple of boxes of rancid crackers.

So much to look through. Prices weren't as low as I expected them to be. I have been here 3 times now didn't buy anything the first 2 times but did get some good Christmas supplies for next year at half price this time.

If I could give no stars I would. I called told them I was coming to purchase a $500 product from over an hour away but got stuck in traffic, called to tell them I would be there at 7:04 on the gps called way in advance before they were closing, offered to pay over phone so I could just grab the product and go and they told me no they wouldn’t wait and so I am just going to take my business elsewhere. Mary was very rude and devyn said it was against the law for them to stay open past 7 for even 5 mins. What a joke this place is

I bought their 10x30 Bestway pool for my young girls on 6/3 in the evening. I opened the box up the next day, and discovered there was a hole in the side. I called the Rutland store, where it was purchased, and was told they won't exchange it because it was opened Well it comes in a box wrapped in plastic then the pool is shrink wrapped in plastic next to a box where the pump is inside that box. How do you know if there is damage if you can't see the pool!? Told me because it was a large purchase they wouldn't exchange. Lost my business for life! Oh and the manager George was not at all helpful at all, and was actually getting short with me because I wanted the corporate number which he refused to give me so I went online. Will be filing a huge complaint Monday!

This was my first trip in this store, and was very pleased to see a large variety of stuff. I have shopped in the Massachusetts store, and loved shopping in them. It's a nice addition to the Rutland area for discount shopping!
