I have no complaints with the new store design and layout. However, we stopped in to get some sushi as it’s always been great. But to our surprise it’s now completely different. I don’t know if they are still making it there, but we noticed it’s not from Bento, but from a new company called Snowfox. It was adequate. Sauce on Crispy Shrimp Roll was way too sweet. Overall not as fresh or tasty as in the past. Won’t be buying it again.UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, the Sushi is now great! Delicious, fresh and tasty!

Purchased shrimp that was labeled $15.99 and two steamed lobsters. The lobsters and foil they were wrapped in were black. I returned and was told the black was only bruising and they were fine. The girl in customer service was very rude and commented "I don't know what they should look like, I don't eat seafood." She had to call the seafood department for someone to look at the lobster. They were rude too and claimed they looked fine after handling the food with their bare hands, like I should take it home then. I was refunded the cost, but very upset about the hour it took to return them. I have never seen a lobster that was black before. I got home and thought I should check the shrimp price; I was charged $20.99. Usually, I double check at check out, but forgot today. I now have to return the shrimp. As a disabled person I find this kind of mismanagement heartbreaking. It is difficult enough for me to get in and out of a car and walk far, so having to return because of the store's errors is exhausting. I wish there was a closer store that had better management.

Some businesses get it, and some don't. I'm used to Wegman's where store remodeling and layout always make sense and are quickly and efficiently done. The difference in vision, leadership, and execution is glaring. Sorry to compare them with a great business, but something is missing here. Not all the cards are in the deck? A few French fries short of a Happy Meal? Prices are also high for the grocery market.

I love shopping at Hannaford's as does my grandson. The variety can't be beat . Many options available Gluten free products as well as so MANY organic options. I like to buy Hannaford brand and earn rewards points . Price points are very important to me .

They are constantly closing the grocery store an hour early without any recognizable pattern. I understand that there has been construction going on and reorganizing the store, but they should be adjusting their hours online as well. I unfortunately work into the evenings and planning to stop on my way home only to get up to the doors and finding them locked when scheduled to be open has become extremely irritating.

Super clean, really friendly staff and great selection. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the beer selection, local brews and major brands all available. It was fun tasting local flavor. Fresh meats and pre made salads. Decent prices. And nice big parking lot. We love stopping in anytime we are in the area.

Poor customer service from an employee named Mary Blanchard. Went there to cash a check she tried telling me that they have a policy where they don't accept valid temp. IDs which I've never heard of that ever. That is what the DMV gives! She kept interrupting me speaking over me when asking for this policy that she claimed Hannaford holds against check cashing but couldn't provide proof of this policy when asked.There sign even stated they do payroll check cashing with valid ID which is exactly what we had but then it changed in her words that they don't accept valid temp IDs when has this become a thing? And when has it ever been ok for someone to over talk and get loud with a customer with hands crossed? even her body language made me feel unsafe. All because I asked for proof of policy and asked when this ever became a thing as this is all the DMV will give. I felt highly offended and discriminated against.

The recent renovation seems to be mostly a coat of paint with familiar favorites either not stocking anymore or with limited stock. It's likely somewhat related to supply chain issues but still a bummer. An example of the renovation not improving service is in the hot bar. On any given day the hot bar will not be refilled, or completely closed by lunch. It's a real bummer trying to stop on your lunch break just to literally not have the hot bar to pick up from. I do think the staff here are friendly and nice it just seems severely understaffed.

Great store with an impressive selection in every department. Produce, Bakery, Seafood, all beyond expectations. Their beer inventory is the best we've ever seen in any grocery store. And when they're busy (like a Saturday morning), the check out lines were all open and moved quickly. We drove into Rutland expressly to shop here, and the store exceeded our expectations. My wife is finicky, and she was quite satisfied, so all is good.
