I had a brief wait for a prescription and was able to watch as one of the pharmacy technicians, Annalea , helped a number of customers. She was incredibly kind, communicative and hard working. In some cases, she recognized the faces of customers and began expediting orders as she kindly greeted them. I hope that management is able to see this, she is deserving of special acknowledgement.

Train your staff to all follow the same rules. What's okay one day should always be okay not just depends on who rings you out. Couldn't get my prescription, and they were beyond not helpful. Get it together please.

Biggest joke of a pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are going to be. Go in to get it, and they tell you it will be expediated. No, it was supposed to be done for this day for pickup. Absolute imbeciles in management at this location.

Very disappointed with the wait time for a cashier to come to the front counter. Once the cashier arrived, no greeting, seemed annoyed to have to wait on a customer. I commented that he seemed out of sorts. No response to that comment. No pleasantries after transaction was completed. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. I am only giving one star because post does not allow me to not enter any stars.

This CVS has the rudest Pharmacist there lazy there rude drive threw is closed almost all the time they take forever to answer the phone then sometimes do not answer its all around just a bad pharmacy they need to replace all of there staff and make sure they want to work the days they need them to work not what days they need to work and if they can't work the days they need them them don't higher them and I've never seen a CVS that closes there pharmacy at 7:00 pm I guess they think ppl that work late do not need there Meds there the laziest pharmacy I've ever came a cross no words for them this pharmacy should just close down they can't even open the drive threw half the time it's closed because there to lazy to open it there excuse is there under staffed but there's 4 ppl in there and they can't take one person and open the drive threw sad isn't it there just plane lazy ppl that don't want to work if I was the owner I'd look for ppl that would work the hours I want them to work and the days I want and then fire every last one that wants there own hours they would rather work my hours and days or there out the door no exception leaving this CVS asap

I had an emergency for my husband who forgot to bring his asthma inhaler with him to Vermont, the pharmacy representative along with the pharmacist was heartless and rude. Now I understand why they have a 2.5 star rating, they do not care about their customers. Kindness goes a long way. CVS corporate should not continue to let this happen to their customers.

Employees are rude and mean. You call to speak to pharmacy and it takes 2 to 3 hours to get them to pick up the phone. Very frustrating experience. Staff is mean and unsympathetic. There is a new guy who is a saving grace to the store and has been awesome. They need to hire 2 or 3 of him asap.

Don't bother trying to use the drive through. It's a good 10 minutes per car! Supposedly you're picking up a prescription that's all ready for pick up. How long does it take to get a name, grab the prescription, pay for it and leave? Incompetent help is worse than no help at all!

I have been here many times. Every time I swear will be the last. After today, definitely the last. The rudeness is beyond belief. All I asked was how much something was and the lady grabbed it from me and walked to the front of the store, I followed without a word. She took it to a machine to check the price. Told me n shoved it back at me. ... uhhh... ok. I ignored it and continued to shop. I heard this employee be rude to others as well. I'd say that maybe she was having a bad day but as I said i have been here many times. This employee is always extremely rude. So, yeah I'm done here. Walgreens is right across the street.

Horrible Pharmacy - Go Somewhere Else!!!!I have used this pharmacy for 4 years at this point, and I have almost never NOT had difficulty getting my meds, or obtaining refills. They pay no attention tp their clients and fill incorrect medications and are very rude about correcting any issues. I have found myself apologizing over and over again because they seem so mad when I try to talk to them. Everything is an inconvenience to them and we're always stupid and taking up their time. I follow all rules set in place by my state, insurance, and CVS and they still mess up medications and yell at you when you try to get it fixed. I end up apologizing for their inconvenience. It's ridiculous and I want to help prevent others from going through what I have,

Pharmacist with beard and tattoo on knock of a star refused my medicine until I was in a tone of his liking. I spent 2 nights in a hospital with a 3 yr old. This guy wanted to be a control freak over a toddler's medicine? Professional.

As most people here have already contributed but saying, this CVS is unacceptable. Pharmacist lied to me three times in three sentences. Done! Big Pharma is bad enough but when your local Box Pharma links to big Pharma via the United States Government. Best People can do is find acceptable, find better.

I love this store! I am guilty of looking at presents for my children while there and there are always unique items that they love. The pharmacy keeps you up to date on meds, which is a great reminder for me. I find this store's location convenient. The downfall is that if you have to go straight or take a right out of parking lot the traffic light takes a long time. The staff has always been friendly to me and my children.

I like this place very clean they have a lot of Toys & it's where I buy Halloween & Christmas candy. The Photo machines are also Good.for Tooth Brushes & medicine this place maybe more But better to go to a clean place rather than go to a dirty place downtown.

I am a patient at Rutland Pharmacy and recently had no choice but to fill a script here as my insurance would not cover the amount needed thru Rutland. The women on the phone were short and rude. Just another reason Ill be sticking with Rutland Pharmacy for all my other prescription needs. A good attitude can make a big difference.

the phone voice response is broken. it puts you into a loop. it's impossible to get anybody to answer the phone. To guess what you're supposed to say to the system and then it just hangs up on you.

I’m not one to write reviews but I went here the other day and I was very disappointed. I have been here a few times and everytime something is wrong. The staff are rude, the coupon box doesn’t work. The cashier was rude about my coupons and acted like I was annoying her. When I asked if my digital coupons came off she said they didn’t and she couldn’t do anything about it. Definitely don’t recommend this store!

Just asked a pharmacist where I could find styptic powder. Folks on blood thinners like Eliquis use it to stop minor bleeding. In a short, non-caring kind of way, said he’d never heard of it. End of conversation and end of my long-term relationship with CVS.

Went in on Sunday for a renewal the physician office sent in on Saturday. Was told the prescription was slated to be filled on Monday. Went back to CVS on Tuesday and was told the prescription was not ready yet. Time to transfer out of three letter.
