Perfect place to leave the pup while skiing at Okemo. Kori and Zach are very nice and flexible. Our German Shepherd Pup had a great time while we were skiing. She was excited to visit her new friends each morning and tired and calm when I picked her up. This worked out very well for everyone.Luna, however, only is giving Paw Lodge 4.5 "Paws." She is taking back half a paw from her rating because they insisted she have "manners" while visiting!

Absolutely awesome group of people who love what they do. The employees and staff are constantly smiling/friendly/helpful. Our pups LOVE day care and boarding with Paw Lodge. I can’t say enough about enjoyable it is to deal with this place. 10/10 would recommend.

Zachary and Kori are the greatest. So friendly and responsive to the customers needs. They treat all the dogs there with love and understanding. A couple of true dog whisperers. We had our 110 lb Golden groomed there after he had developed many matted knots. Zachary groomed him perfectly. All the knots are gone and he looks beautiful.The daycare and boarding facilities are very well kept with heated floor areas for the dogs and a large fenced in play area.We will be going back for certain.

I have brought in both my dogs for complete care and when they return, they are the happiest most energetic dogs ever!! I have never been happier with such perfect service ever. Bastion is a cockapoo and needs great attention to his hair and he always looks awesome! I won’t go anywhere else. They also absolutely LOVE daycare.

June 18,19,20, 2022: they did not call me back after I called multiple times and sent an email. When I dropped by at 12:30 whe i was in the area, the place was closed and a sign on the door said they would be back at 3 pm. How can dogs be left if they have a day care operation and aren't there for 3 hours. That is no way to run a pet facility.Willow farms in No Springfield has staff always there and they always answer their phone. I thought this new place was being run by a new couple. This is no way to make a good first impression. I have heard this has occurred with other people too. Pay attention to the signs I got from no return calls and a facility unmonitored while dogs are there.

We wanted to ski at Okemo for a day but needed somewhere to leave our dog. We found Paw Lodge online and felt comfortable with them right from the start. They were quick to respond and required all the paperwork that we would have expected them to ask for. Kori, who met us when we arrived, was great! She even allowed us to pick Kona up early when our plans changed. Kona clearly had a blast playing with the other dogs and left thoroughly tuckered out. Wish Paw Lodge was closer to home as I would definitely take her there regularly. Highly recommend!

This was our 1st experience with boarding our dog Charlie ,who is part of our family.Paw Lodge was amazing and Charlie loved playing all day and came home tuckered out!We already scheduled a grooming and will definitely use their boarding services again.

Awesome place for dogs! We were visiting from out of town for the week and wanted to do a few non-dog activities so we dropped off our pup, Harley. She loved it! Experienced and warm staff. Definitely a great place for dogs! Highly recommend!

Left my older dog Sammy here when I was in town for a wedding. The owner and staff were SO nice and helpful. Sammy came back so happy and clearly really well cared for! Love this place, highly recommend!!

Disappointed with service! Two dogs were scheduled for full grooming. They called us to pick up one of the dogs before he was groomed and charged us almost full price for an incomplete grooming (he received only a bath and nail clipping). It seems they weren't able to harness the dog properly and he kept slipping out of the harness so they apparently gave up and decided to take a break before their next client, and called us to pick him up (two hours ahead of scheduled time--very inconvenient). Their attitude was kind of snotty as the owner insisted it was their "policy" to charge for an incomplete grooming! They refused to lower the price.The other dog had been done first and had a complete grooming but she was nicked in the rear with the clippers! Very unprofessional!

Called back in October never got a call back and just tried again to set a time to drop off my dog and never heard from them again we used to take our dog there all the time but won’t again found another place very disappointed
