It may look like a gas station but their service and food (at the deli) make it seem like it's a full on restaurant. They may not have seats to sit down but you will get all the same food (but better) from your local pizza place.Always choose this place if you can. The people who own it deserve your business and you won't be disappointed.

Excited that Bakers Store is selling Indian takeout. I greatly enjoyed the Chicken Tikka. You can order how much heat you'd like. The curries come with chewy and delicious naan, and they will be adding rice soon. It's such a luxury to have good Indian food so near and we're lucky to have this store buzzing again after the Pandemic shut it down. Thank you guys!

The wonderful people who bought and renewed Baker's in the village of Post Mills have made this great little general store a must visit for anyone in the Thetford, VT area.

White linoleum floors and bright lights. Definitely doesn’t seem like your normal small town general store. Wouldn’t call it ‘cozy’. The store smells like it’s cleaned with Fabuloso. Not a Vermont store. Don’t know what’s going on here. Sure, it’s also over priced. .. but whatever

Staff is respectful, but unfortunately they undercooked the veggies on my steak and cheese grinder. They never melt the cheese on the grinder, aswell as they put so little steak that your first few bites and your last few bites are just bread. Not saying the grinder wasnt tasty because it was but the are very skimpy on the fillings. If they were to put a normal amount of steak and veggies it would be my first choice for a grinder in the west Fairlee/Thetford VT area if they were to put a normal amount of fillings in the grinder.

Low quality food. Forgot 1/2 my order. Very rude. I had To go back in for my ranch for my chicken bacon ranch because there was little to none on my wrap and I ended Up throwing away my fries because they were not cooked at all. We got a steak and cheese too and it had no mayo or the veggies on it as well. Not a good experience once again here. And the price for the food is outrageous for the quality and quantity you get.

Over priced, I got over charged 15$ and cashier girl was rude. I asked her twice if she charged me extra for a shirt I bought and she said she didn’t but there’s no way the total should have been that high.

Very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door! Nestled in the heart of Posr Mills, this store has a lot to offer!! Although the store is small, they have almost any canned & snack food you may want. Drinks are a-plenty as well! The back cooler has everything from dairy, to sodas & energy drinks, to a wide array of beers! Yummy! And speaking of yummy, the deli definitely has what you're craving!! With a big chalk board FULL of options, Glen definitely has something that'll make your stomach jump for joy!! This store even has fishing equipment, a post office, and is the home to "KING KONE"...only the BEST place to get ice cream in Vermont!! ;) try it & you'll see what I mean =)
