I live 2 minutes from here and I am so grateful they have opened up the general store here. It was empty for so long. And when they opened they did not disappoint! This place is friendly and prices are reasonable and the they have a good variety of stuff. Highly recommend to all locals and travelers!

We visited Vermont and we stopped by this market to get beverages snacks and lighting during a power outage recently. While Chloe's was closed due to the power outage it was the only place we could get reception to make emergency calls. An older irate Caucasian gentlemen came rushing to my car demanding we leave immediately. He spoke over me in a condescending way and appeared threatening. We did leave, as we were concerned for our general safety. But I could feel his eyes pierce through my soul as we departed. This was not a pleasant experience and I hope no one going forward should be forced to be treated this way. We did go further down the road and was met with hospitality that was fitting of Vermont that we are accustomed to. If Chloe is a reasonable woman please have a one to one with this gentlemen. I hope he has better days than the one he had that day.

Great to see the market open and so refreshing to be greeted with a friendly “hello” when I came through the door. 🙏 The market has all the staples you may need for your Air B&B or camp. Yummy muffins and well made coffee. I’ll be back to try the sandwiches.

So good and bad here, mainly because I think they are missing out. Tried to stop on the way into Killington and they wouldn't make sandwiches because it was too early. Think we were 40 minutes or so early the guy behind the counter said.Night before we stopped for gas and Chili, that was great.

What a great new spot to stop on the way home from Killington! Gas up and head inside for some coffee & treats. The Chili is delish! Also bought a loaf of the fresh garlic infused bread. Staff and owner are very friendly.

Popped in to this market for a quick grab & go lunch… we tried the chili and the vegetarian lasagna. Both were amazing! We will be coming back 😊
