I have been a customer of this establishment for well over 10 years now, and the service of the folks there are great, I never have a bad experience until today. Today I witnessed the new owner of the store belittle some of his best employees that have been there many years and always lend a helping hand and make my visit very pleasant. How shameful.

Never been to a hardware store where staff was more helpful like I think literally waiting at the door to help you. Surprisingly have a great selection for a small local hardware store. Also I swear by their paint specialist Adam (haven't seen him in a bit) but I'd drive a long way for his help. He knows his stuff! Consistently have better lumbar quality then home depot.

The staff at ACE in Norwich is amazing. Took my mom over to look at electric snowblowers before a storm, from the moment we walked in they were ready to help. They talked over the pros and cons of each option, they even assembled and delivered same day so she would have it for the coming snow the next day.

Great local hardware store. They pack a nice variety of hardware items into this store, and they can order anything else you may need. They also have a great selection of lumber in the satellite building. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fogg’s has only gone downhill fast since Bethel Mills acquired them. They don’t have a fully stocked lumberyard and their prices are now SIGNIFICANTLY higher than LaValley’s for what few products they do still carry. Fogg’s has turned into Home Depot but even more expensive. Stay away! Save money and get better products at LaValley’s.

Foggs had it all! From its drive through lumber yard to its fully stocked ACE store, they have what you need to get any job done. Professional sales staff, great quality and an amazing diversity of product offerings set Foggs apart from the competition. It is an amazing resource for the greater Norwich/ Hanover area. I highly recommend!

There is an older man there who has a photographic memory. He understood my problem with a 4 inch dryer vent, and immediately found the solution. I didn't realize there were people like him still in the work force.

We had an issue with a new snow blower that lost self propulsion after 3 uses. Manager came out, picked up the unit and returned it, repaired in 2 days.

If your hours state you close at 5:00, that means you take purchases (assuming you are there to actually make money) until 5:00. Better yet, if you understand basic customer service, you lock the doors at 5:00, and wait a specified time, say 15 minutes, THEN close down the register. I don't care if your "system closes down automatically at 4:55". Maybe you should change that. Just a thought.I knew exactly what I needed and was willing to give you my money, but I guess you guys are high on the hog and don't need it.This is for the Norwich store.

I wanted a particular plumbing hardware...and did an internet search.. Happily, it was available at the local ACE Hardware (FOGG's). Upon arriving at the store I was greeted by helpful and knowledgeable salespeople. They are obviously in business to stay in business.Now I have a couple more things in mind that I can conveniently get at the friendly neighborhood ACE Hardware.Thanks for being here for us.

A little on the expensive side of things, but great staff, good quality materials, and they have a little bit of everything. Stop here often for work purchases (Lumber, plumbing, painting, etc.)

How many does it take to change a light bulb? What should have been a simple task became complicated but thanks to Rhett, some tin shears, a loud dremel tool and some yankee ingenuity the light shines bright again. Thank you Rhett and Fogg's Hardware for going above and beyond to help me out!

Currently under renovation, but still open. Staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't currently have what you need, do to renovations, they are not too proud to suggest a local competitor who might be able to help.
