Every time I went in there they have decent prices, but it looks like someone ran down the aisles with their arms pulling everything off the shelves. I wish it was a little better organized but maybe that's indicative of the pandemic and the lack of employees. My biggest suggestion is get the product out of the boxes clean the shelves up and make the place look like a store as opposed to a thrift store. I'll be back though

This very convenient location has a number of items I purchase regularly. It is pretty cluttered and on delivery day, some aisles are almost impassable. And they run out of Mentos awfully fast. Nice friendly staff will actually take you to an item.

Since the update staff is non-existent. No one watches the registers. No one is around to help find anything. Addition of self checkout as the only option was dumb. Only go here as a last resort.

I always receive excellent service! The employees are friendly and always quick to help. It's rare to not find what I need in stock. The premises are clean and well-organized and you can't beat the low prices.

The store could serve to be a little bit less dusty, but overall it is definitely a good bet that if you've forgotten something, or need project supplies, or a good snack, this is a good place to go to find it.

Literally a dump... boxes of junk everywhere and only one register (which broke and they had to move to another)... insane markups on staple items. In terms of customer service, sub par. Management was no where to be seen throughout my visit. Truthfully a gas station bathroom riddled with ebola would be a more pleasurable experience.

Great place for Norwich students to come and get stuff inexpensively but for the average person this place is honestly dump. There is random junk strewn though out the store and dust on a lot of stuff. Shop elsewhere if you can, but if you're fresh off the rookie train at Norwich this is a good place to get stuff a lot cheaper than the overpriced bookstore on Campus.

Service is always terribly slow, that is if you can find anyone working. Most of the time you wait at the register for 5 minutes before someone notices you are there. The store is always a mess. Can never keep anyone around. Often closed when they should be open due to staffing.

You can practically find anything and everything here for super good price. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces and safe to park.

I had a horrible experience at this store I had to pick up a few things and the store was locked up at 8:30 and the sign on the door said they are open till 10:00.. I saw children running around in the store and this guy came out and was very rude and said we are closing the store and walked away with saying anything else. Very rude and horrible customer service they need new management.

Cool place with cheap stuff, all the basics, the cashier's are always nice. Good place to find Mountain Dew treasures .. rare cans and such..

bunch of bloomin idiots. i went to get a cell phone it was marked 10 but rang up as 100, so she said this other one was 10 so i had her get that one but that one rang up for 50. so they wouldnt sell me the phone. everytime i go there they got a dozen employees working with only 1 register going with a line 20 deep.

The 1 in Northfield is always very cluttered and not very organized. What staff they have do not seem to be happy to be there. The staff have to always take the customers complaining because there is never enough staff there!!!
