Roads are really rough getting in, be careful for pot holes. Great views and walking, a nice spot where the turtles can come to lay eggs, picnic tables, sunsets on point.

This park is unmaintained but still so beautiful! Great swimming area and only saw one other person! Didn't walk through the abandoned camping loops but I'm sure it would be a nice walk!

Stunning and remote. Loved how uncrowded and wild the park was. Great place to walk the dog. We camped here on our thru paddle of the NFCT. The caretakers Sean and Kelly were so hospitable and have us a gallon of fresh filtered water to take on our travels. Would definitely stop by again if in the area.

We were up in north hero for a family getaway wknd and decided to make a visit to the park. It was a short bike ride from where we were staying. Some rode bikes and some walked in. Beautiful for either. Then once you get out to the point there are gorgeous views. Does do camping but was only open for day use while we were there. No day use fee.

Excellent for snowshoeing in winter, jogging, or walking the dog in summer. There's a great spot at the end, at the beach, for scenic picnics. Be sure to carry in, carry out however, since the park is decommissioned.

Wasnt at the park used stony point state boat ramp which is next to the park so i cant give a true assesment of the park but the boat ramp is small but hdc accesible single boat ramp with 1 dock! Located on the nw side of the inland sea part of lake champlain in vt!

We really liked it, not too crowded the dogs are OK and it's super quiet. The beach is a bit rocky though but it's really beautiful!

It's a close state park but it was very nice views it was located way out there but it's quiet and the lake front seemed to be quite clean and not too rocky it's a nice area to bad it closed down not sure why but this place could have potential if the state put some time and effort into restoring it and some good advertising

Was a great place to hunt waterfowl until the state locked the gate halfway through the season. Public land with no public access.
