We just had a visit there. We are from NY and had a pet emergency. The veterinarian is amazing. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating. No vet I’ve been to in 20 years with my pets has made themselves so accessible. Veterinarians from our local area would not be so proactive and quick to treat. Not only this, but she realized how urgent we felt the matter was and saw us immediately without charging astronomic fees for same day. I highly recommend this vet. Additionally, her vet tech/receptionist is sweet and understanding.

Dr Grace will always return calls and fit your pet in that day for emergencies. Her rates are very fair and her demeanor is friendly and calming to pets and their owners. I have been a loyal patron since I first went to her clinic many years ago.

They were very rude.Edit: Who I am isn't important, people there are jerks, this clinic shouldn't even be open if they don't care about you're animal especially when your animal died, they didn't care they were rude and disregarded everything. Definitely won't be returning.

She has been my dog’s vet since she was a puppy, and we have been extremely happy with the care she has received. The staff have always been kind, professional, and always prompt with communication. Twice we have needed emergency services and the doctor is always quick to respond, with immediate service received. S’more was also spayed here, and healed quickly with no problems at all. We could not be happier with our choice of veterinarian!

Dr. Grace Ma is outstanding! My family and I have brought our animals here for years. She is not only professional but she is compassionate and knowledgeable. Our dog ended up with a large tumor she not only removed it successfully but our dog was happy and healthy the very next day. Grace saved my dog on short notice from rat poison. Three other vets in the area told me “good luck” aspca wouldn’t pick up. They made him puke and took great care of him right when I walked in. This place is a godsend.

One of the best vet clinics around. Especially in an emergency situation. On two separate occasions two years apart, this wonderful woman has helped pull quills out of my mastiff. She's through and quick. Not to mention she has some of the best pricing around the area.

I have been using Clarendon Animal Clinic for my entire adult life, and before that when I was younger my mother would take our animals there.Dr. Grace is really great with explaining symptoms and treatments of your pet. There is a reason why I still use Dr. Grace's services even though her establishment is an hour drive from my home.There are other vets offices closer to where I live (15-20 minutes instead of 60). However, I have found that I really appreciate the directness and professionalism at Clarendon Animal Clinic that I've received for years from Dr. Grace.She is always professional and honest, with the pets best interest and comfort in mind. So what more could a pet parent possibly ask for?In the spirit of critique, the only thing that comes to mind would be space. I feel that perhaps Dr. Grace has grown her practice over the years to where it sometimes feels "crowded". She has a small establishment, with a small parking lot that has definitly had some busy days where things feel pretty full. However, this isn't always the case and it has nothing to do with the level of care, which is great.

Dr. Ma is a no nonsense, no upselling, no BS vet. We've been taking our pets there for years, practical, professional, friendly. Out of all the vets I've been too, she delivers the "your animal is very fat" speech better and nicer than anyone.She's done several surgeries for our cats and dogs with absolutely outstanding results.

Dr. Ma and her assistant, Mary were both very kind and compassionate during our time of grief. Our dog passed suddenly two weeks before Christmas and our cat passed from heart disease a week after Christmas. They really helped make the whole experience a little less traumatic. On another note, the bill was fair and reasonable.

Doctor Ma is a true hero, she performed a exploritory life saving surgery on our 11 year old Staffordshire terrier to remove a cat toy he had ingested. We will always be grateful for Doctor Ma and her clinic. Pricing is on about par with everyone else but unmatched service. Highly recommend!!!

She was extremely rude and verbally made me feel like a piece of garbage when I had to have my beloved dog put down. Insulted me , gave the shots and stomped out. The 2 girls took good care of me and were very kind. I miss Dr. Kelleway. He was the best. Went to him my whole life until, sadly, he retired.

I've been going to Eastwood for many years in Rutland, but the "cold services", hours of waiting just to be rushed through like an assembly line, I've decided enough. Our 12 year old lab is not well, and three times at Eastwood, they really didn't do much for her. Dr. Ma took time to explain on a human level, and though we have to say goodbye to our pet, I'm glad we could get Dr. Ma's opinion. Don't even hesitate, just go here for all your pet needs.

Brought my dog there to be spayed. Checked on her at 1 and was told all good , went to bathroom, can pick up at 3. Got a call back at 1:45 that my dog was dead. "Don't know, it's weird" was explanation. When asked her for an explanation she said " I just gave you one".
