I went in at 4:45 in the afternoon yesterday, Right before closing and great customer service. Parts guy at the counter, Sales man Kyran was gone, so I met with the manager cody Outside by the tractors and within 45 minutes after I left, I had a price quote that was hard to beat! Kyran set me up with the extra service plan for 6 years everything included for one monthly payment that is more reasonable than anywhere I have looked.Warranty Looking forward to the future of dealing with United Ag &turf in Newport Vt

Best place around for all your equipment needs Steve has been great sales person, Cody is an amazing GM, James in service always take care of my issues and fixes them the same day, parts is always there thankfully I haven’t bought any parts yet. I like the zero turn bought new 2023 the rear tire got small puncture on side of rear tire the price of tire I'm fine with but to put it on rim cost was going to be $138.00 I can get it put on for $15.00 somewhere else not buying it there now I know this is your policy but really tire was less than putting it on I actually bought it at this dealership so my next purchase will be looking around more carefully I could see this price if it was a tractor tire but not a small lawnmower tire.

Kyran patiently endured numerous discussions with us to determine what would be the best tractor for our homestead. Primarily, necessary for snow blowing, he also made notes of other beneficial uses for the property.He and Frank delivered our tractor and spent an hour going over the details of how to use it properly and repeated exercises of attachment of the snowblower and loader.Tractors are expensive and we might not have made the purchase without the John Deere assurances of a good product.

My initial experience with United Ag & Turf in Newport was pleasant. It was easy to set up a time to speak to a sales person. I spoke both Kyran and Cody. Both were helpful and knowledgeable about the products we discussed for my situation. When I ultimately sat down to hash out a deal, Kyran took great care of me. I will definitely be suggesting United Ag & Turf to friends and family who need yard and/or farm equipment. Once I've spent time using my new mower, I will update this review to include the use of said mower.

About 20 years ago I bought a new John Deere 990 tractor (40 hp), complete with a bucket and bush hog. I also purchased a used mower, tedder, rake and baler—the apparatus needed for making hay. I needed all this equipment to do my own haying for my horses winter feed. Through the years, I baled roughly 10,000 square bales. It has been an awesome tractor and relatively easy to maintain. Recently my tractor and bush hog needed a higher level of service than I could render. They needed a major tune-up. I called Harvest Equipment in Newport, Vermont and spoke with Cody Dunn, Service Manager for Harvest. Cody has been great to work with, as has been the entire team at Harvest. Cody kept me apprised of the work that needed to be done and provided me with quotes. They did a fabulous job. My John Deere tractor is now purring like a kitten and the bush hog is mowing down tall grass like crazy. Two thumbs up for Harvest Equipment!

I went to the Newport VT store and dealt with Kyran Percy. What a great guy! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In a matter of minutes I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He treated me as if I was his first and only customer and made sure I was 100% happy with the deal and the tractor. He treated me so well that I wrote a check right then and there. As a (now) 3rd time John Deere owner, I truly hope that UATNE knows what a huge asset they have in Kyran.
