We went here to get my 3 year old a helmet for her new bike and the man was super helpful and extremely kind! He took the time to help find the right size and showed us all the colors. He also helped us get the right pads to protect her skin from falls. The shop is super clean. We will definitely be back for anything else outdoor sport related! Thank you!!!

Our family has been customers of PowerPlay since the original founding more than 25 years ago. We have bought bike accessories, ski and snowboard equipment, hockey equipment, skates, bike tune-ups and now sporting goods for a third generation. Customer service is always great, so easy to work with. We are firm believers in supporting local businesses, because if we don't support them, we lose a lot in our communities. You won't get this kind of personal service from a big box store. We return again and again for those reasons listed above.

Great little shop with a remarkably wide variety of sports equipment at reasonable prices. Had a very good experience here renting a road bike. Our request for a small-ish road bike was perhaps a little unusual. We tried several shops before coming here, all of which either didn't have an appropriate bike, or charged obscene prices. Here, Caleb found a nice used Janis road bike and spent extra time setting it up for us. The set-up and a helmet rental came with the rental price. We wound up keeping it 5 days. Highly recommend this place.

This place is great! I’ve been in this shop several times over the years, the first time being back in 2015, and while the shop has changed and grown it’s always maintained it’s Lowkey vibe. They carry a lot of backcountry specific stuff that you won’t find in other shops and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I love the atmosphere in there, it can be hard to find ski shops where the people know their stuff but are also humble about it while still being happy to help! Could’ve hung out talking to them forever!

We highly recommend Power Play Sports. They have been assisting us with assembling and making repairs to e-bikes we ordered from the West Coast. There were many small problems with the bikes when they arrived. They have solved them all, and been in constant touch with the company on our behalf. We live an hour away, near many bike shops here in Burlington, but have never seen the kind of service and customer attention we have received at Power Play Sports. Robert has been amazing to work with, and I am sure his colleagues are just as good. Great place!

Gotta love a non-chain sporting goods store. Great for Morrisville. They have a nice selection of beginner discs and hockey tape. Good deals and cheerful employees. Plus they sponsor a great men’s league team. All around good stuff here folks. 10/10

I bought skis from here in Nov and picked them up in Jan. When I arrived to pick them up...they weren't sharpened or waxed. Had to leave them and return the next day. Also, the guy had no idea I still owed money on them? They are lucky I'm an honest person and seriously need a better system. Had a friend rent skis from them and a similar situation occured. Overall, I would still recommend them.

I was cruising by early on a Sunday morning and the door was open. I wandered in looking for a good mountain bike for cranking on the dirt roads on the ridgelines and rehab my knee. Caleb picked out a bike after I ran through my list of what I wanted. I tried 2 others but he hit the mark with the very first bike. He swapped out my seat and pedals and gave me a discount sale price on the purchase price. I found out later he wasn't even open for the day yet and had come in early that day. What luck! Topnotch service, LOVE my bike. I couldn't be happier all the way around. Excellent service. Thank you for helping me become strong again and cycle up those major hills once more!

We had a great experience at Power Play. The woman who helped us with rentals for the week also gave us some information on local places to XC ski. Our downhill rentals were perfect and less than half the cost of on-hill rentals. The local XC ski trails were beautiful and remote although easy to get to. Stopped in on our last day in town and bought a pair of back country skis. Their knowledge and prices can't be beat. I really like dealing with a locally owned and staffed shop. Thanks again for a wonderful week in Vermont.

We love this shop! Each visit to the Stowe area would not be complete without a trip to Morrisville for some Lost Nation beer and a stop into Power Play to see what they have. We are Nordic skiers and always find a wide selection of boots, bindings and skis. Caleb and his crew very helpful and take the time to show you all the options. My wife just got a new nordic setup and she could not be happier.

This store is well stocked and has very knowledgable staff. Large assortment of skating equipment and Burton boards. Lots of good winter clothing near with well known manufacturers. Excellant location and lots of parking. Try them! You'll like them!

We first went to Chuck's bikes and were quickly dismissed because we were interested in 2 used bikes. Luckily we found Power Play and Rob.He was helpful and came up with a resourceful way to meet our needs. Which he learned because he asked. We never felt rushed or that what we wanted - 2 used comfort bikes - was impossible. And the real kicker was he came in under our budget.The whole experience was fun. If I need anything related to bikes or sports equipment - Rob is our go to guy - plus he knows where to get good chinese food!
