They have the best Tube Sand around LOL. This is more difficult than it sounds. Most hardware and garden supply places around here leave their bags of sand out in the weather, which makes it unusable in cold weather, because water leaks into the bags then freezes along with the sand making it impossible to spread. These folks properly shelter their bags of sand. Sounds like a small point, and maybe it is, but it is essential.

For the most part had an OK experience, they are on the expensive side. The woman that works in the very back “aquarium section” is very rude and a unknowledgeable of the items she is selling, which is very dangerous to animals. I caution anyone from taking advice from her on what you’re putting in your aquatic habitat.

Great gardening and pet supplies. I also bought some nice canning equipment there last summer and made delicious zucchini relish. Keep it up y’all! Next time I need a toy for my little puppy dude, a supply for my garden, or a canning devices for my zucchini (if this one breaks or something) y’all know where I’m heading!

This place is always accommodating. From carrying an AC to my car to staying a few minutes late so I can pick up dog food. I am grateful for this business.

Always had good service there. They order a specific food for our cat which no other place would. They also do a system where you buy a certain number of bags of animal food and you get a free one. Rented equipment from them and that process was smooth, helped load my truck a few times and have a small conversation with you if they aren't busy. Good example of a local store that you would want to support.

This is one of the very few local truevalue stores left in our area. They are very helpful and kind they do offer pickup. It's family ran, 👪 they carry your product out to your car, even if you capable they love to help. Anything you are in need, from pet care , plants, tools... they even rent out equipment!!

Typically I really like this place but as I walk in yesterday wearing my mask I see the sign on the door asking everyone to wear masks and keep a 6ft distance from others. Great I think, better safe then sorry with a deadly virus. Then I walk in and absolutely none of the employees are wearing masks! I even went back today as I had to return a broken item and still no one was wearing a mask. I understand that times are crazy and hard but maybe don't require shoppers to wear a mask and then not set an example of it?

Rented a floor sander. Quit working after 1.5 hrs. Business owner implied I had done something wrong, didn't apologize. Said I should have called....which I did. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and they close at 1. I needed to finish the project with no delays. I simple apology with a little bit of empathy goes a long way. Will no longer be a patron of this business.

The team at Menards Agway is superb. I have done business here for over 14 years and have been very pleased with the wide selection of products year round. Prices are reasonable and their rental department has pretty much everything you can ask for to maintain your home.

Usually get great service here,but today I encountered an employee with a very smug attitude.Asked to have a propane tank filled and was asked if there was an employee near the fill station,to which I replied there wasn’t when I came in.Their reply was ,we don’t have time to do it.
