I got scammed…and they fixed it. They didn’t have a sample of the weed something about the producer doesn’t send sample? So when I got home I opened it to find it had been tampered with. It was brown, smelled like really old burlap sprayed with lavender. When you spray weed with essential oils like lavender or citrus it turns the buds brown. I tried reaching out with an emailed and got a reply that they’ll refund my purchase. That really surprised me. Came back with it and even their employee was shocked by its brown color and horrible smell. Full refund very happy. That’s amazing customer service.

Very professional reasonably priced compared to other shops I still think shops charge way too much when it's legal now. I didn't have a small problem but the cashier and manager quickly resolved the issue and replace the product plus gave me a credit on my account which show they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

5 stars. Super friendly staff and upbeat vibe. From the staff and warm welcome in the front, then through to the back all you are going to see are smiles, it's obvious the management and owners have cultivated a positive vibe for the staff. I heard the owners even stock a fridge for the employees, this is the kind of business I love to support. The place is well lit and clean, with excellent inventory, along with weekly promos, deals, and knowledgeable staff. Easy parking and now they are one of the few to accept debit cards which makes life easy. Can't say enough good things. Great spot for first timers, regulars, visitors, locals and everyone in between.

I've been to many dispensary's and have been less then impressed, higher elevation is my go to, good prices, amazing selection and I absolutely love the meet the vendor events. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the product!

Hand down the best dispensary in Lamoile County! Owners are great people and the staff is fantastic! The selection is great and only seems to be local small cultivators which is something I can stand behind. Their Peanut Butter Breath is 🔥 when it’s available.

My first ever visit to a dispensary, cause I’m a Georgia resident. Higher Elevation has everything and more of what you need! There’s so many different kinds of bud it’s easy to find something you’ll like. The folks workin here are super nice and really helped me pick the kind of bud I enjoy. I also bought a shirt and the awesome young lady workin up front let me have a pen, and gave me a lighter for my BDay. If you’re in the area I Highly recommend payin them a visit.
