The customer service is horrible. The drive through is never open when Kathy is working. You use the app to refill your prescription only to have to call 5 days later asking them to fill them. The app is pointless! When you call you have to go through 6 prompts to get to the pharmacy to finally wait on hold 8-15 minutes.The turn over is crazy in that store. There’s clearly a reason why.

The CVS in Morrisville is awesome! Clean and busy and pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful!
