Best hardware store in town, and possibly in the state! Every time I walk in someone immediately asks what I need and points me to the correct isle and I'm often out in well under 5 minutes.This is NOT the same experience as the big box stores where sometimes you'll have to wait 20 minutes to get someone to unlock a locked shelf...Basically just really awesome, helpful folks. I have no problem paying a slight premium to support this business vs the bigger stores.

Always helpful whenever I go to Ace. I had to have a key made and left with two. They made them on the spot and it took no time. If you need something and want the kind of service you deserve, this is the place to go

My first time in the store it looked neat and organized. Multiple personal waiting to assist me, although I declined. I was just looking to stroll around. I ended up with some seeds for my garden and some paint ideas for my kitchen cabinets. Will be returning for my many diy projects I hope to complete this summer.

I usually shop in the afternoon and have no issues with service . But this morning the 3 employees 2 female and 1 male all walked away and entered the back room when I walked into the store. I had to walk around and locate someone to check me out at the cash register. I do not recommend shopping here in the morning. The employees make it seem like your not welcome .

Great selection of hardware and supplies. Bright and easy to navigate. This was my first visit as I usually go to Aubuchon which happens to be a bit closer for me. The prices on shark plumbing connectors were about 10% cheaper. The other items I had recently bought were similarly cheaper though not exactly the same brands. If price is your primary concern this should likely be your first stop for Milton hardware items.

I've done business with Ace Hardware in Milton since my wife and I moved here 3 years ago. Their service is excellent... unlike other hardware stores, when you walk in the door there is a clerk to help you find what you're looking for. Their prices are competitive and they have a diversity of selections. But the main reason I shop there is the service. It's nice to know that when you walk in the door, their clerks make sure you get the assistance you need.

The team at this Ace Hardware are always helpful and very rarely do they not have what I need. Walt is always very attentive to the customers and ensuring they get what they need quickly. Unlike the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes, you get immediate attention as you walk in the door or even have questions regarding a project or where to find items in the store.

Milton's Ace is a gem. Very good customer service and just about every thing a homeowner needs. A veterans discount equal to Lowes and Home Depot makes routine hardware, home and garden essentials a four mile trip instead of a 12, or 18 mile trip. Friendly knowledgeable staff is a big plus.
