I absolutely LOVE my local Aubuchon! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they always have what I'm looking for. The crew there know me when I come in and have even found specific products for me when they weren't on the shelf! I especially like them for the grilling and smoking supplies they offer, but most of all, the people are what keep me coming back.

Its been Years since we were here. This dog known as Shanna use to walk everyday in a 10 mile loop to come get her treat from staff Paul (right in Photo). Ive been coming to this hardware store since i was a young child. Paul amd Jim has made this store a joy to come to all these years. My Dog Shanna now at 15+ years old came in on our Christmas home state visit just to see Paul and Jim at this location. Very joyful to see the same staff here with the same smiles and number one customer service.

Always fast and helpful. My tomatoes and eggplant love the heat, rain, and humidity and have reached bush stage and stakes weren't working well enough. Aubuchon had exactly what I needed and got the order ready in time for my husband to pick them up after work.

I ordered mulch online and used the 30% off coupon. That was great because I love to save money and helps keeps my costs down to make the gardens look well kept. They notified when ready and went to pick up. We had to make 2 trips to get all that I ordered which wasn't a problem. Everything was quick and easy, a no hassle shopping trip.

I can't remember the young man's name who helped me because my stress level was at a maximum level but he was so incredibly helpful in helping me find a solution to my problem. Unlike the two big hardware stores nearby, Aubuchon has been extremely timely with multiple contact-less curbside pickup orders. Orders of in-stock items are ready within an hour instead on 8-16 business hours as had been my experience with both competitors. Their friendly and helpful service is worth the small difference in price. Their attention to keeping their staff and customers safe also exceeds their competitors'.

Was there for 15 minutes. I saw 3 people working, one said hello when I walked in. The others looked at me in the aisle and walked away. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted a bag, I had a few things, but yeah, I'd like a bag, then she seemed put out that I wanted a bag AND my receipt.
