This place is fantastic! Prices and selection are solid, and the employees are awesome! I appreciate any business that is dog-friendly, but this place really sets the bar high. All the women who were working when I visited for the first time this Sunday were super kind and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to help me and my pup out even though I came in relatively close to closing time. I bought a few things I wouldn't have otherwise just because they were so nice. I'll definitely be coming back soon and supporting this business!-A forever customer and her very happy, clean pup

Great selection of everything you need! Went there for "Muck" boots... prices comparable to Amazon. Nice mirror for trying things on. Very sweet staff, nice bathrooms. I also love their home decor.

So I bought a small bottle of Neptune's Harvest seaweed and fish mix. When I opened it I was horrified. There was no seal, some was missing and there was mold growing out the top of the bottle under the cap. I am not even bringing it back. I will never buy liquid plant food here again. I know for a fact that these leave the factory where they are produced with a seal on them. How can I trust Agway with stuff like this happening? The product is rancid.

Just stopped to pick up horse grains. Encountered an attitude at the register when trying to explain what I needed to lady at register she seemed annoyed . Then when I got home realized she rang up my order wrong. First time in 20 yrs of dealing at Agway I left feeling like my order was a pain in the check out person's rump! I've been a loyal customer but this won't be something I put up with long!

I love this store. Today I bought a beautiful aloe plant and some tiny succulents for my kitchen window sill. I also got my Dachshund a new nylabone. Premium brands for pets. Great place to shop to support your rural Vermont lifestyle.

Great store. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Their garden nursery is phenomenal! All of the staff is more than willing to help you with any request. The owner is very welcoming as well! I love shopping here!

Hanging Baskets are expensive but we bought four to decorate our business patio. Two of them thrived, two of them died within two weeks. We contacted Agway about it and they basically told us... we don't warranty our plants. We've bought from Agway every year and the standards have definitely slipped.

Great place. I love going there. Friendly people. We go there for rabbit supplies, chicken supplies, and our dog stuff. We also love getting our garden plants and flowers there as well.

The store is nice. It has a lot of stuff in it. The products are of good quality. Nothing really jumps out at me to raise my rating. However there was a rude employee. Didnt seem to want to help, and was rude when someone asked them a question.

Great customer service; You will not get out of this store without being asked several times if you need any help by the employees!Great selection, clean, bright. I only wish I could get everything! This store carries everything you need for your fur babies- be they food or friend, gardening supplies, indoor/outdoor plants, fencing, etc, etc, etc.

Usually agway is a great place to get farm and garden supplies. This particular one is more like a gift shop, I'm allergic to strong perfumes and such.They are burning incense and/or candles in this store. My throat locked up immediately upon walking in.My wife asked were they burning a candle or something strong in the store, the representative rudely replied that yes they do burn candles and yes they are sorry but they cannot help her. All in 1 sentence.My wife walked away, came to me, and whispered that she thought the rep was rude.THE REP HEARD THIS AND SAID "EXCUSE ME, WHAT DID YOU SAY?". Now I know customer service, and what this woman doesn't know is my wife is bipolar, we could have easily created a scene. EASILY TRUST ME.We chose to find the product and leave quickly. Both employees shunned me as I paid and walked out.I'll never be back.

Shop here one or two times a year in late spring and end of summer. Always friendly staff. Typical seasonal selection, stocked and then empty as season switches. Soil, flowers, plants, pet food, tools, etc. Best option in Middlebury?

I went into the Agway just to get two LP cylinders filled. Next in line does not apply in that store. I was not only ignored by the clerk at the counter but I was also ignored by the second clerk. The guys that filled the tanks were great.I think it was the worst counter service I've ever seen. I'm looking for a different LP dealer.

One our favorite places to shop for pet foods that are special diets. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about most pet products. The store has a selection of tools, clothing, plants, feeds, etc.

I was overcharged for some salsa mix I bought and I was told to bring back the packages so I did,when I got there the clerk gave me the difference and it was less than it should have been. I told her it was wrong she said that was what the register said. When I got home and read the receipt she rang in the wrong one. That is what I told her but she wouldn't listen I guess the clerk is always right not the customer
