This is the second mattress I have purchased from John in the Middlebury location and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. John is informative, patient and kind. He doesn't try to oversell and makes the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. There was a wide variety of mattresses in the store, all of which I tried multiple times! The store is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. There is low price guarantee and a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with you mattress you can exchange or refund within 120 days.
