Told my scripts will be filled an ready in 20 mins. I arrive over 2 hours later only to be told they are still being filled. Excuse after excuse on everything. Have been given the wrong meds yet they deny it. I was told they didnt have a system to remind you to refill meds or to let you know your meds have been filled an are waiting. Nope, I get th he screwed up messages saying I have meds waiting only to arrive an the pharmacy has no idea what I'm talking about. Jeff is great but the rest of the staff need to find a new career an their comp/phone system needs to be upgraded so it works!

The staff that work at the registers are always polite but the pharmacist, Jeff, is rude and condescending. I have finally decided to just find a different pharmacy because I no longer feel comfortable even speaking to him. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but when you work at a job like this, there is no excuse for being repeatedly unkind to customers who are looking to you for guidance.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service support from the head pharmacist Amanda powers, we had an insurance issue and trust me it was inconvenient for me as well but she was rude on both the phone and in person when they had to refund money. This has been our pharmacy for over 20 yrs and there is zero compassion or empathy towards customers who know that they are being overcharged for medication and when it breaks down to an issue on the pharmacy’s end watch out the time it takes them to follow through is not what they want to deal with and you will feel that in their tone and body language. Disappointed in folks who treat it like it’s just their job and forget about what someone else is going through. Don’t recommend this place or pharmacist if you’re looking for answers on insurance issues after following your chain of commands

The pharmaceutical staff always treats me with kindness and patience. I haven't been able to legally change my name, but where possible the staff has done what they could for me in the circumstances. I feel safe being myself with them, and for that I am thankful. I've had difficulty with my prescriptions, but very rarely—if ever—has that been due to error by the staff at this pharmacy. And whatever problems arise, I've always been able to trust the staff to walk me through things when I feel overwhelmed and confused so that ultimately, I can deal with what I'm responsible for addressing.I know I'm not really an easy customer, and I make a lot of mistakes. I'm only starting to get comfortable with taking responsibility in my life, so I'm stumbling along. But the pharmaceutical staff does their best to meet me where I am. So, thank you.

These people not the Pharmacist lie. I wish they would tell the truth and not make excuses that my prescription that was called in 2 days prior is not ready. Jeff the Pharmacist is great but his staff needs to find another career.. She is rude and lied to me that it was still in the warehouse but could have it ready in 30 minutes. Just tell the truth your overwhelmed and please come back later.. Again the pharmacists are great and the pharmacist"s assistant is great but the staff is poor.

Don’t bother trying to get photos printed here.We started off by asking if we could do a photo book and were told yes. My mom and I ordered about 50 photos, 2 magnet photos and a photo book. Mom paid for her order and we were double checking we had everything, we didn’t. We had to ask for the envelopes that went with the mail out photo cards and the photo magnets. She miscounted 20 envelopes three times and she handed us the two magnets to stick to the back of the photos ourselves. I then paid for my order and she couldn’t find it. Turns out, she gave it to my mom with her order because “oh I just looked at the last name”. I double checked the photos she had given my mom and only half of my order was there, so she checked the printer and it hadn’t printed everything. I had to ask her to restart it, so I could get the rest of my order. At that point she told my mom the photos were done for the photo book, so mom paid for her order and asked for the book since it was ready. Mom was then told that they didn’t have the rest of the stuff to make the book and they would have to order more sometime. This being the book we asked if we could make when we first got there. The printer then gave an error on the rest of my order that still wasn’t printing and I was told I would have to start my order over. At that point I was done. Mom and I asked for our money back on the items we couldn’t get and left. There was 0 positive customer service from her at any point throughout our interactions and she acted annoyed that we were printing things and needed the rest of our orders.

Yes I might have to wait for some of my medication but I am use to that I had a pharmacist go out of his way to deliver my medications to me when they do not even deliver to my area I love Kenny Drug's I just wish they did deliver here to me because I can't get out that far to get my medication and it is hard to get someone to help me get my medication. They have been so good to me going to miss them when I do move.

Friendly, helpful staff especially in the pharmacy. The pharmacist even came out from the pharmacy part to help me to pick out an over the counter medication. I've had to return a couple of non-medication things and they were great about that too.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. How does a pharmacy run out of prescription medications??? I've never heard of that. I had to wait for 3 days for a prescription to be filled! Shouldn't someone keep an eye of the stock or inventory before it runs out, especially common drugs?!?! Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Not sure why there are such bad reviews. I have always had a great experience and the pharmacy staff is very professional. Quick turnaround on prescriptions too! My go to pharmacy in the area!

Since switching our sons prescriptions to this one in Middlebury, service has been great. Talking with the staff has been great too. Great atmosphere!!
