Good store, great food, best pizza for miles! I'd rate 5 stars if the staff was a little more friendly and engaging (they weren't rude, js). But all and all, it's a great place. Definitely would recommend!

I think Vermont in general just does it better! This general store is wholesome and just better than convenience places in my home state. The deli has it down! With a build-your-own sandwich menu you easily can create a delicious lunch.

A great place to stop! There are some touristy items available for sale, as well as snacks and a small grocery selection of dry foods. They also have a sandwich shop that makes fresh sandwhiches for you. They are delicious! The service here is always kind, and they do a great job helping you find what you need. We always love stopping here for a quick bite and a look around when we are driving through the area. Plenty of parking and it I'd easy to access.

MVS has come a long positive way since changing ownership. Michelle and her employee co-op have gone to great strides to make this a hub of progression for a small town.During the recent floods of 2023 , this group did a lot to fill the gaps where State Government and Federal Agencies allowed the town to fall through the cracks in the early days. They succeeded in working with the local government, vendors and locals to bring needed relief and supplies to the town and area. If anything says Vermont Strong this place represents it!The food is top notch! My favorite being the Roast beef Sandwich with fresh quality meats, local vegetables and local buns. There's a little intramural competition between local stores and although I've tried many on the road...this is my favorite.Second to that is the boneless wings...great and reasonable.The have some essential items and have bolstered the old bar area with products made by locals. Need a memento or quick gift, Jam, Maple Syrup, Local Wine... this may be your stop.Try it out ...and thanks Team

The young man who makes the food is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is a delight to stop at, as we were traveling through the state and were hungry!

We and a friend of mine stop there in a way to Peach and Pond who had a couple sizes of pizza and they have pre-made salads the food was awesome we had at the camp the store is very nice inside and the people are very helpful wish them very well with all this crazy flooding

Great for a statepark camper/ tourist drop-in! They have local Hotsauces & Salsa, Jams and Maple cream, Locally Baked Bread & Crafts for sale. DELI with custom made fresh sandwitches, Pizzas, Salads, Beer and Soda etc. IceCream and all kinds of useful coffee cakes and snacks.You can also find locally produced baked goods and VT Maple Syrup in all the sizes as well as basoc groceries. It's now a workers Collective and the people running things are diverse & friendly.

Where else can you get yummy sammiches, pizza, beer and pretty much everything else you need in Marshfield? Cozy, pretty, convenient!! Pizza and subs were great! Service was friendly.

I’ve been stopping here for pizza, coffee, water and snacks for a few months now. Good price on water by the gallon, great pizza by the slice. I like that they are not stingy with the sauce and the slices are good size. Seems like this place has a bit of everything, as a general store should, plus a bar and a deli. Fantastic old building to boot!

Breakfast sandwich was absolutely terrible! burnt and crispy nasty egg, english muffin was burnt and dripping with so much grease it was disgusting, will not be stopping here for breakfast ever again! If thats what there going to provide for breakfast sandwiches than they minds well not have any at all, no pride taken here its pretty evident.

OMG fantastic! Went in for something simple and found Hooker Hill distillery. They have a taste testing nook and the pumpkin spiced rum was amazing. Bought 3 different bottles to try some of their different flavors. Seven friends have tried that rum... everyone has loved it. Can't wait to open other bottles

I love this store! In the summer it's a perfect place to bike to and enjoy a refreshing Cold creme. The prices are very affordable and there's a great variety of candy and chips. Honestly some of the employees are a little awkward or maybe it was just me lol

Your typical Vermont country store . Love the look of the building. Friendly staff. Old, worn (read ambiance) inside, but a great selection of many things. Great breakfast sandwiches and fresh coffee. Parking is ample, right in front of the store.

Fantastic pizza and deli in a store you wouldn't necessarily expect. It's quite convenient to stop in for a slice, or if you have the time, order a whole pie. They've done a lot of work on the store lately, including a tasting room for a local distillery, but I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

The sandwich was very good. Something you don't expect from a store.But the extra meet that I ordered, could not have been any different than regular since it really had very little meetI took 2 stars off because the counter boy charged me extra. When I told him, he fixed it. But I am pretty sure he did it deliberately.

Quintessential plus free wifi! Little Free Library across the street. Parking, fuel adjacent. Very friendly. Prepared food, limited seating inside. Coffee. Porch benches too.

So many great items. Hot and spicy pickles, jams, honey maple syrup and maple candies. I got French onion dip that was made 3 days ago. The man working there was super nice. Cabot factory is right up they road. All the milk products are super fresh. Local products. Doughnuts and fresh pies.

I stopped in to make a few purchases and I brought my own bag. After taking my money the clerk walked away and left me to bag my own groceries. Not good customer service.

If you happen to be around on a Friday order the philly cheese steak pizza. it's the best. They also make a great meat lover style pizza everyday and awesome salads. Beyond the deli its a cute little general store that can get you through about any I ran out ___ situations.
