It’s a small store so the selection is small but the service is great. Price chopper should give Darren from the closing shift a raise, he works really hard to help everybody and make them feel welcome after a long day.

Good assortment of items for a small grocery store. Pleasant and helpful staff. Some issues with insufficient surge capacity (who doesn't during the pandemic?) when a lot of people suddenly need to cash out, but they don't hesitate to open more registers if they have people available.

Spoiled meat was slimy, all 3 packages we bought. Also milk tasted funky, won't ever be going back. Go to the nearest gas station for better "food" this place should be closed and cited

I give up on this store. I just left and have to go to another store to get deli meats and cheese. The young woman behind the counter at the deli at Price Chopper refused to help me. She did not come out and say that she would not help me. She just kept looking at me and then walking away. The most unprofessional store I've ever seen in my entire life. I cannot understand how someone can work behind the counter and refused to help people that are standing there for literally 10 minutes. And stupid me I even tried twice. This is not the first time it has happened in this store. There is an older woman that works behind that counter that does the same exact thing. Obviously they must have trained each other. Instead of wasting my time at this garbage of a store I will drive further so I get the courtesy and respect deserving of a customer wishing to purchase products.

Very friendly, small store. Produce is always fresher then the other market's. The olives from the deli are awesome. Go early in the morning so you can meet Christine who gets my award for the best market service ever.

This is a small town grocery store. I give it 4 stars relative to other small town similar sized grocery stores. While the layout is odd(water, soda, juice are all on different aisles) it seems to mostly have what you need. Also, the prices seemed fair for small town in Vermont.I was actually impressed with the produce section. While they don't have large quantities of items, they do have a large selection for such a small store.The meat department was also larger than expected. I didn't try any meat do I can't vouch for the quality, but it all looked fresh.All in all it seems like a great little store.

It smelled terrible when I first walked in all I could smell was cat litter and horse manure and their was some type of mosquitoe around the food so I lost my appetite but overall besides the cat litter and horse manure and random mosquitoes it was a nice little store

I love my Manchester VT Price Chopper and want to thank all the people who work there for being so kind and helpful every time I call or come in. This is a real community of shoppers and employees and I so appreciate having a place to go that's bigger than a general store but smaller and more manageable than a big box one. Also, the gas program works great. You can redeem your points for money off at the Sunoco gas station (4803 Main St.)

Although the staff is consistently pleasant, apparently Price Chopper has decided that no one, at least in this area, really needs foods that are kosher for Passover. The selection has always been lean but covered what was needed. Now, it was very difficult to find, and all there was on the shelves were a few cartons of multiple matzoh boxes and kosher grape juice. What about kosher wine? What about all the other foods that need to be kosher for Passover? It's very sad and hurful.

I live in Brandon and we usually go to Middlebury for grocery shopping. I like price chopper and I am currently working next store putting a new T J Max in. I go t Jun were for lunch and sometimes pick up dinner there too. The personal are friendly and helpful if you need assistance

It is an older store well stocked with an extensive wine choice and decent beer choices. It needs updating and maybe a bakery instead of a package store inside a grocery store. Small, limited choice.

Price chopper in Manchester Vermont is small and doesn't have a bakery or seafood department, that said it is my go to grocery store for normal shopping trips because I know where things are and it's not usually crazy crowded. I do wish they would upgrade it a bit though.

for all the price choppers I ha e been to this one was by far the smallest one I have been too. Windsor price chopper was small I thought but manchester vt was even smaller. I thought it was strange that the alcohol department was at the front of the store and deli products in the corner.

I love price chopper but I wish it was bigger. They don't have space for alot of things I'm looking for. So by this price chopper being so small that I have to go to shaw's to get the other things I need.

The Price Chopper in Manchester is a very old store in need of an upgrade. Shaw's is a breath of fresh air compared to PC.

This store is becoming less useful by the day. If head office keeps pulling out lines of product, and replacing them with an ice cream cake fridge which is next to useless for everyday needs. It us time for head office to take note Manchester us not only a tourist town it is a community of permanent residents who need to have needs meet.

Just a good overall grocery store with great service personnel with top of the line meat, fish and deli departments.
