They do a good job here. Balancing the needs of fish and a business model where you dont loose money is difficult. Ann does a great job purchasing healthy stock. They watch their stock carefully to insure the fish you take home are healthy. Like all pet stores I hate that very small betta tanks are available for purchase as Bettas should be kept in 5+ gallons to live a happy life. However I also understand it is nessary to stock the store with what customers want or they will just buy small tanks elsewhere. I have included a picture of 2 of my tank stocked with fish from Pets Etc. One is my betta tank the other is my neon tetra tank. ( they are starting to sell more plant but the plants in the tanks were not purchased there but rather from a specialty shop several hours away.)They also listen to feedback. I really wanted Indian almond leaves for my betta locally and the next time I came in they carried them!

Horrific attitude by groomer/owner. Will never go to groomer again. She acted like she didn't even like dogs. Just awful with questionable grooming skills to boot.

My dog detests getting her nails clipped but it is necessary. The groomers do it quickly and well, and there are treats and toys galore for after. Highly recommend them!
