Their dog jumped all over my 4 year old, right in his face, the entire time we were in the store. Very annoying and concerning having to make sure he didn’t get knocked over or bitten or scratched. No apology and barely an attempt to stop it.I get people are dog lovers here but some people are allergic to dogs, or afraid of dogs, or just don’t enjoy having their personal space invaded by a strange dog. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

All times I am visiting the Aubuchon in Manchester Center, associates are very friendly and helpful to customers. It's not an exception when I can find there things which were not available in RK Miles nearby (some particular screws etc.).Very good store!

Loved this place! We're visiting from San Antonio, Texas for a wedding at the Wilburton Inn. We hand built a cross in San Antonio and I drove it from Texas to Vermont. When I got to Vermont, I realized we didn't have wood stain. Thanks Aubuchon for coming in clutch!

Aubuchon in Manchester VT - if you need plate glass cut to your specs, they do it quickly and with a smile. Incredible service levels against any and all who do the same thing. Employees here are always willing to help. Reasonable prices. You can even find honda generators, camping supplies, butane cans for portable stove. Very convenient and close to ski resorts and camp sites.

I wanted to buy a few items and they made me wait outside for 45 minutes while customers, who came after me, got served first. Horrible customer service. They said only 1 employee could get the item I wanted and he was with a previous customer, but they made no attempts to speed things up or show they cared about their customers in any way.
