The village sports shop was a great place to rent a bike from with friendly positive knowledgeable vibes oozing from everyone who worked there. I went to the Ladies All Ride event with my family this past weekend and needed a mountain bike to ride on, so I rented one from the shop. I appreciate the attention to detail the associates put into making sure I was well fitted to the bike. They let me try out a couple of bikes, adjusted the seat to my height, watched me ride in the parking lot to make sure I was well aligned and checked in at the end of each day when I got back to see how it went. Highly recommend this place if you want to be well taken care of!

This was our first time mountain biking as a family (two boys ages 10 and 7), and we had a blast! We had to rent 3 bikes, and the guys were super helpful and patient getting us set up, recommending trails, and great with our boys. The views, the food/beer/patio/espresso were all wonderful and we can't wait to go back.

This is a great shop with outstanding staff. Lots of support and help including support for returns to manufacturer of items with defects. I have bought multiple bikes and gear with good deals and been really happy. At times I have planned to buy something online then find a better product and/or deal at the shop. Gear, bike repair, information and support all local.

Unbelievable seamless service. Staff always took the time to recommend fab trails. They even replaced a spoke on one of our own bikes....... in half an hour, got us back on trails didn't cost an arm and a leg. These folks are the best.

As an avid Road Cyclist, the whole MTBing scene definitely scares me, but the staff were super helpful, taught me what a drop post is, and how to ride a mountain bike when renting. The Kingdom Trails Ambassador was super nice and encouraging, the trails were perfect, and this was one of the best experiences I had in the past couple of years cycling. Definitely coming back for many years ahead.

Fantastic experience in customer service today. At the last minute I desperately needed poles for my daughter to ski with school today. Tim generously offered to allow me to use a set of adjustable poles for the day. At the end of the day we returned and my daughter picked out the perfect set of poles for herself. She was so happy! Thank you Tim for understanding that an 8 year old girl likes to pick her own color!!

Had to leave a 5 star review for Matt and Krysanthe (sp?) at the Village Sport Shop. Bought my first $1000+ bike (used Specialized Sequoia) and after the fact, I’m so glad I purchased from these guys. Such a professional and hometown feel. I scoured the interwebs during this pandemic to find a bike due to scarcity. Krysanthe didn’t hesitate to send me pics and discuss fit. Had some problems with shipping as the derailleur was bent in transit, but Matt filed an insurance claim right away and I successfully received a reimbursement! With emails and updates the whole way. This is exactly why brick and mortar shops are still needed. I felt I got the service of a local bike shop with the convenience of the internet. Please support this shop! Thanks for your professional yet laid back followup. Keep it up!

I stopped by this place asking what they had for footwear... the response I recieved was unprofessional and rude.There was a man and woman at the counter who claimed they didn't sell footwear and they were unfriendly and rude. I mentioned the shoes on display on their window and they said abruptly "those are cycling shoes.I won't be going back to their overpriced shop with nothing in it.

I loved doing business with THE SPORTS Shop. Until they let Teddy go. Now they run a gun shop . With kids that have no clue what they are doing . The guy they have running the gun shop that does know what he is doing is never there !!! . REALLY hard to do business with them now . I will say I like the owner of the store very professional and a good guy. But If they are going to run a gun shop they need to change the way there running it now .
