Here you will find a great selection of products for pet care and farm & garden needs. Everything from indoor hydroponic gardening to bulk chicken feed, odds and ends and souvenirs too. Employees were friendly, eager to help, and knowledgeable regarding the products they sell as well as their proper use. I gave Agway four stars because their prices seem to be a bit higher than some of their competitors, but not by much, and I would still recommend Agway primarily because of their diverse inventory and customer service.

The girl at the front desk was helpful. They do not accept agway points so that was a bummer and the kid that loaded my car broke the bag and got stones all in my trunk. They do have cute wind chimes though. :)

I had to get a new cat carrier today and the ladies working in the store were so kind and helpful. They even put it together for me! Love coming in to this store because I know I will always be met with kind smiles and wonderful customer service!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They'll do their best to help you find what you need. Even if you don't really know exactly what it is that you're looking for.If there's any issues with something you've purchased. They'll gladly exchange it or refund your money. No hassle no mess. Plus they're pet friendly and seem to love animals. They used to weigh my dog when she was a little puppy.They also sell high quality dog food and treats. If you love your dog. This is where you go to buy it whatever it needs.

The prices are very high on pet food. Mixed experiences with staff, no reward program for purchases. Also each houseplant we've bought needed some serious TLC. All in all not a great experience when we go.

Great customer service! We get our wood stove pellets here, usually by the ton. They deliver them for a reasonable fee to our home, which is 25 minutes from the store.

I just bought one of there $20.99 dog toys and it had a heavy smell of mothballs coming from the ball/edible treat and when I tried to return to the Agway, not more than 20 minutes after purchase, and they would not return this dog toy because the packaging was damaged and they could not “re-sell” it and they would be out the cost they put into it. I don’t know if this is what the product is supposed to smell like but I do not know who would give this toy to their dog smelling the way it does and why they would even consider to re-sell. I would not give this to my dog and now the product is in the trash. I buy my dog food there once a month and toys and treats almost weekly and I will not shop there any longer. It took me a whole 5 minutes to e-mail the manufacturer and have them send me a new one. They never offered to replace it and they were more considered with saving a few dollars then keeping a customer or well-being of my pet.

I'm giving 1 star not because of the store itself. The dog grooming services you offer here are unacceptable. I recently inquired about having my dog groomed thru this place. However when the lady brought us outback to the room I instantly had second thoughts. The room alone was to small and was very dingy. One little window for ventilation that had a box fan placed in it. The employees appear to be smoking in that room as well. As it smelt of ciggeret smoke

Our local Agway store is the closest gardening and farming store in Lyndonville and points North. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them for grain and fertilizer as well as other planting supplies.

Prices have been going up steadily since the pandemic but it's still a wonderful place. We get all of our animal feed here and they're always great!

A nice family owned farm and garden store.I would give them 5 stars if only they refrigerated their benefits nematodes, which are expensive and clearly labeled "keep refrigerated".

This is for the dog grooming. The space is very small as mentioned in another rating, but the friendliness and service was great! Will definitely go again.
