This store has demonstrated abhorrent, disgusting, defamatory behavior towards their employees with special needs. As the parent of one of those employees, my daughter has been body shamed, harassed, bullied and emotionally abused by a fellow employee and the store manager. The store manager is so unqualified with regard to developing positive and supportive relationships with employees who have neurological disorders ( such as Tourette’s) and instead demonstrates punitive and negative responses to behaviors that deserve grace, support and understanding. A fellow employee body shamed my daughter and was outright cruel to her. My daughter has PTSD and is now deeply triggered by the horrific treatment demonstrated by the staff at this grocery store that my daughter “loved” and “needed” before this disgusting treatment. Shame on you Londonderry Market for not having the empathy, compassion and humanity that ALL employees deserve. Even if they have “differences.” If you have a heart, care about people who care about people, differences and all, and you feel repulsed by repulsive behavior, shop elsewhere. This place should be ashamed of how horrific management is, especially when the manager has no respect for someone who has intellectual and/or neurological differences. And shame on store owners, Associated Grocers of New England for being heartless liars who pretend to care about people but don’t, and are phony bologna’s through and through. Especially the chief operating officer in the Human Resources dept. I don’t know how she sleeps at night. Evil personified!😡

This market was located conveniently close to the house that I rented (12-15 minutes vs. 25-30 minutes to Shaws), but had very high prices.

This is a great little store! Prices are naturally a bit higher than Hannaford, since we're talking privately-owned small-town store vs major chain, but they are actually lower than the Price Chopper in Manchester! The same goes with variety. It's not a bad store, though, to pick up a handful of groceries, especially if you don't feel like driving to Rutland or Brattleboro! And I love their new beer cave!!

Insanely expensive but okay selection of items. They have self-checkout now, meaning customers are also unpaid employees while purchasing those insanely expensive items. But the worst thing about this joint, by FAR, is that horrible, rude, miserable Melissa at the front end. She has witch written all over her face and she’s downright, flat out MEAN to customers. People talk about it and nobody in town can understand how she still has a job. Management really needs to step in.

What a phenomenal market. We just got into town and needed some items before the storm. They had great options. The pricing was a bit on the high end but they're the only place for miles. Really nice staff also

Definitely miss the old Clark’s. Went to exchange something today and the cashier/lady in charge asked if I had a problem. Originally no, I didn’t but with THAT attitude, I wasn’t the one with the problem. Just a confirmation why I don’t shop there if I don’t have to.

The shoplift lady loves to harass people when their going about their business. Expensive compared to chester or springfeild.Also the manager lady is a Karen avoid her at all costs.Big blonde and biligerent will give you a hard time just for the sake of it, not to be confused with short blonde and cute, she's cool.

Horrible place you have the deli manager Alicia burrows telling the general public and coworkers her ex moved her sister to londonderry vt and now they're in a relationship... complete lie! Because I am not her sister no relation .. which is defamation of character and I should have sued this place when nothing was done about it.. then you have Melissa another manager who is very rude that stirs the pot

This is a beautiful grocery store with a amazing selection of gluten free and allergen-friendly foods. I've been crackers and pastas that I've never seen anywhere else. They also have a great selection of local foods, from maple syrup to microbrews.

Would love to post a zero star but can't.... Front end manager by the name Melissa was exceptionally rude .....throwing an item at me instead of walking it to me . also very dirty, over priced, but being the only grocery store in town I suppose they can let that slide.... Great stores in Manchester....not far down the road.

The worst place in town. Don't bother trying to get lunch at the deli. Nobody works they stare of into space. If you order early go in to get it. They won't wait on you.. that's IF they will answer the phone.

Good local market with a great fresh produce section. You can find most of what you need without having to drive to a "big" town supermarket. They have a great gluten free section, which is important for me.

Bought a bologna sandwich mustard and rye for $7 dollars. I was so shocked at how light the sandwich felt in my hands i weighed it on their scale..wax paper, bag, and sandwich weighed .4 lbs. At home I weighed 2 slices of bread, a baggie, and a sheet of wax paper. Pretty sure I got less than 2 ounces of meat...i was so flustered I left the store without completing my purchases...what a ripoff

They would not allow me to get cash back. I tried two different cashiers and the customer service desk. The excuse was they might have to pay out lottery to other customers. How about you take care of one customer at a time.

I can honestly say this was the worst company (Associated Grocers) I have ever worked for. 35 years I spent in my restaurant career....the absolute worst working conditions. Kitchen hadn't been cleaned I would dare say in about 20 years. Filthy. Stay away.

Formerly Clark's IGA, now under new management umbrella. It's an improvement. They could better follow examples of the bigger grocery stores in terms of Covid-19 precautions. Offering delivery or curbside would be a gamechanger.
