Visit #1Went last year on vacation the atmosphere was wonderful inside and the food is excellent. I ordered the fish bowl drink, tempura, and sushi platter. Everything exceeded my expectations, and they even accommodated me for my white fish allergy. So the next time I go back to VT I will definitely stop in!Visit #2Unfortunately I’m going to have to bump it down a star after eating there last weekend. My family member was served water from a glass that still had dish soap in it and the staff didn’t seem to care too much. Also we were served our food and weren’t even given tupperware to eat it. Food once again was great (octopus salad was especially remarkable), but because of those two blunders, it wasn’t as good of an experience as the first time.

Beautiful location. wonderful bartender. Food was decent. Not giving 2 stars because they had to remake our shrimp because it’s was disturbingly overly salted. And because the hibachi chef didn’t seem suited to the job. No showmanship .no jokes.no banter. Maybe it was his personality or maybe he’s just new 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Servers excellent, food was good they were closing for the season tomorrow and ran out of items I wanted but what they had were very good, shrimp shumai excellent, sushi dinner very good, Mongolian chicken not too spicy, pork dumplings were crispy. A good choice for dinner

Edit::: so eating in is WAY better than take out. The food was still out fast very fresh!!! Plenty of food for my tummy even though it looks like small plates. The service was friendly. They do offer QR menu or paper menu just ask. The sangria was good. 10$ for glass. 10$ for the beer. Salad is small but dressing is good. A little dark in the restaurant, but it's atmosphere is happy. I would recommend it.. 10/10

Exceeded my expectations. Sushi was great. Even the lo mein was incredible. We didn't get hibachi but it looked pretty good. Id certainly like to return in the future.I would also like to add that we got our sushi very very fast. Pretty much only a few minutes. Granted it was 5pm on a weekday and not crowded but still impressive.

Super nice restaurant with amazing fresh fish! The sushi with tuna and salmon was bombing. We also really enjoyed the chicken in hung ya sauce and the teriyaki scallops. Great high quality fish, so Def recommend the fish dishes over chicken and others.

the food was tasty, but I did not like the place to repeat, since it does not have a varied menu. the attention was good. the tables are very close together.

The best sushi we've had on the east coast and it's not along the ocean but near the mountains! Some of the best sushi I've had has always been right on the coast closest to the ocean. This is due to closer proximity to the fresh fish source of course. So it's shocking how tasteful and fresh the sushi is here! As soon as you park in the parking lot you see a photogenic dragon and as soon as you walk in the restaurant it looks and smells like a place that is gonna have spectacular sushi. The setting and the sushi were solid especially after a morning of snowboarding some fresh pow at Killington MTN! Even Yoshi from Nintendo would be stoked on this sushi!🍣🏂🐉🤙

Our family shared a memorable evening at Sushi Yoshi on Columbus day weekend. This was our sons first hibachi experience. We were so impressed with the friendly service. Our hibachi chef was fantastic, and the food was delicious. This will be a favorite stop every time we stay in Lake George. Highly recommended! See pictures.

Service was great, staff were helpful, and the food came out quickly. However there are some strange choices on ingredients for a lot of the sushi rolls, and the sushi rolls are pretty small as well. It was a bit tough to order because every roll I wanted to get had some strange substitution for a cheaper fish (for instance, crabsticks instead of salmon in a philly roll). It was also extremely expensive.

Great spot to get some fat eastern cuisine :) pricey, but it IS a resort area, so can't blame 'em there. I've always liked the food and atmosphere. Hibachi is fun. Salty! Be prepared, but salt is part of it too I think 🤔Wheelchair accessibility: Can't go to the bar without being picked up, but dining room and hibachi is wheelchair accessible

We ordered hibachi and were seated and served just the two of us in 30 minutes. The show done by a clearly talented chef was short and quick which we were okay with, but hopefully it is longer for a big group or first timer. I liked the flavor of the sauce for hibachi, I would like more eggs and things in the rice but still good.our eyes were too big and we also got two large rolls, we will be eating at least another meal from this. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Really liked this chinese place, especially since they're allowing dine in. Small catch was that we couldn't order fried rice with teriyaki dinner. That's absolutely crazy - had to order an entire side of fried rice and just waste the white rice.

My first visit to the Lake George area. I wanted a very casual dining experience to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. Nice menu selection between Chinese and Japanese, not too overwhelming. I wasn't too crazy about the pork dumpling. But the sushi, was delicious. And for dessert, my daughter's ordered the lava cake and fried ice cream. No disappointment there. Waitress was friendly and service was excellent all around. I highly recommend this place.

The place went down hill. I come 2 times a year for the past 6-7 years and in the beginning it was good and quality food. Now it’s average at best. Not tryna kill the place but it’s just a little disappointing. The service is forcing you out of your seat while we’re still eating. I get it I own a restaurant I understand how the game works.

Very good place. Stopped in for lunch had some appetizers: cold noodles, so delicious and veggie dumplings, very good. I had spicy vegetables with rice and my boyfriend had the chicken pad Thai. He is super picky about pad thai and said it was good and he would get it again. The waitress was super nice and made us feel attended to.

Food was good , staff was friendly, good selections for craft beers. I was not impressed with the cleanliness, the smell hits you as soon as you walking in to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Hibachi is fun

I get that it's busy, and I get that the restaurant is likely understaffed. What I don't get is why the servers don't set the expectations straight. Saying "your food is coming" after a 45 minute wait at the table (on top of a 30 min wait list) and then disappearing for 10 minutes is not super respectful. Why not mention that the kitchen is overloaded and the orders are getting delayed?I finished my meal before my partner had a chance to start his, even though our waitress said "your teriyaki beef is coming right out". Anticipating more waiting coming our way we immediately asked for a check as soon as our order was finally served, and even bringing the check took about 10 minutes and a separate reminder. We got even more upset when we realized they charge an extra fee for credit card processing (is this a restaurant or a convenience store?).Absolutely average food quality.

A fun experience and not too expensive if you have the Good Guys Card. The chefs are personable and make a dinner out fun and entertaining. Portion sizes are large, enough for leftovers if you order additional food. I highly recommend the crab region and pork fried dumplings, as well as switching the miso soup to wonton instead. Ingredients are very fresh and the seasoning on the rice, noodles, veggies, and meat is delicious.

Situated between Lake George and the outlet shopping area, this restaurant is a good place to cool down and enjoy some Chinese/Japanese cuisine. The restaurant very beautiful both externally and interior wise. They also have the Japanese style Chabudai sitting area and hibachi tables. When it comes to food, I found them to be pretty average. The veggie dumpling had very thick layer, with very little filling. The Scallop Dinner entree had excellent Scallops, but rest of the items like steamed vegetable, or the sauce in didn’t enhance the quality of the dish. Also, paying $26 for the dish, I was surprised to get white rice, instead of fried rice. The sushi rolls were also pretty average.Few other positive sides are service was great and food came out really fast. So, this a good option grab a quick bite before or after activities around the areaFood taste - 3/5Food prep time - 5/5Service - 5/5Price - $$$Restroom - 4/5

I visited Sushi Yoshi for dinner, it was goodThe place seems busy with customers coming in and out. However, the waiters were slow when taking orders and serving. It took our waiter around 20+ mins to take our order. The food was nice but not my favorite because they tasted too sweet and not savory enough. My group ordered the Szechuan Chicken wok, Mongolian beef, Ktown Roll, and Shrimp shumai. The chicken tasted great but the sauce wasn't strong because it was too watery for my taste. However, I still prefer it than the Mongolian beef because the beef was too sweet. Their lava cake had too much flour making it taste like a pound cake. The shrimp shumai was my favorite though!Nonetheless, the ambiance was nice, the place was clean, and servers were helpful!
