We had an amazing weekend at the Summit Lodge. Our original trip was Thursday night - Sunday morning checkout. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying Sunday night as well! The hot tub was clean and large, and we loved the outdoor plunge pool. A huge highlight for us was the pub which offered delicious entrees and great service. The staff was incredible kind and accommodating. Overall perfect weekend getaway for a couple - we will definitely be coming back.Rooms: Our room was very comfortable and clean! Our only wish was that there was another night stand.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Summit Lodge. The employees and the owner of the resort were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were quaint, could use a mini fridge/microwave, and storage space in the bathroom. Fortunately we were there in the winter so put our coolers on the terrace. Walls are thin but the beds were comfortable. The lodge itself is amazing! A ton of places to relax, enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, a game of pool or darts, and lots of other games to play around the place. I would love to book a large group to come up in the winter. This place was very family friendly and gave you the rustic, lodge feel! One thing to remember is the pub is not open Mon - Wed so after a long day on the mountain you may want to stop on your way back or get something delivered. The day we did get to go to the pub we had a great time and enjoyed the food and drinks!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we hope to see you again!!

My fiance and I absolutely loved our four night stay here! The lodge itself is awesome, there are a lot of things to do and there is a full restaurant/bar as well. Our favorite part was the giant hot tub with bar service and the restaurant was also delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we come back to this area we will definitely be staying here again.

Summit lodge has an excellent atmosphere, and fun layout, with an Irish bar on next to a fireplace, and an oddly placed hot tub next to the bar. But, outside these features, there were downsides. The room was bare, with very little space for the price, limited outlets, no secure internet, curtains that failed to keep out the light and no dresser. Room service was not available while I was here, and the free breakfast was just okay. Bread, small pastries, and oatmeal are it's cornerstones, but the coffee is good and the bagged tea selection was plentiful. The staff is fantastic and it is close to the mountain, and after a long day of riding it is comforting to be able to get in the hot tub and then stretch out next to the fire.

The lodge is amazing great food and atmosphere. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean but the door to go outside leaked air and our room was freezing even with the heat turned all the way up. The room also didn't have a mini fridge which could have been very useful. Over all great experience would love to return. The lodge feels like its right out of a Hallmark Christmas Movie!

A beautiful old wooden split level with several floors boasting 2 outdoor pools (one was open when we stayed), a hot tub, an Irish pub, several stone hearth fireplaces that are constantly burning all day/night, pool table, dart board, assortment of table/card games and puzzles.The heart of this place is the common living/activity room with a fireplace. It's common to see someone at any hour, resting on one of a few of their comfy couches, relaxing and taking in the ambience.Rooms: The rooms are pretty basic. We had one with a bunk bed and a queen sized bed. Mini fridge and bathroom were pretty minimal, but they worked and were clean. Honestly, we rented there to sleep and we did so comfortably. Maybe I'll bring my own pillow next time because I'm bougie.Nearby activities: Killington is close. 3 minute drive.Of course there's a lot of ski shops and food choices along the strip leading to the mountain.Food & drinks: The in-house pub was closed Mon & Tues. I was surprised Wed evening in the hot tub when a server came over to take drink orders.Typical bar selection. It's an Irish pub so there is a lot of Irish "styled" (seemingly not completely culturally legitimate) dishes that I didn't have the pleasure to try... next time.

Quaint place with a rustic vibe. Check-in, checkout processes are very simple, the rooms are small but adequate, heat and hot water are great. My only pet peeve is a missing refrigerator. Other than that all good. We didnt get to use the pool or the hot tub but we plan to on our next visit. Its within 8 minutes from the two sheds. Worth the stay.

Wow, this place is like stepping back in time. It's very rustic, but in an old dated way. There are so many characteristics, that is is difficult to keep clean. The jacuzzi was sooo nice. The staff, and large room with the fireplace was a big hit. Don't think I would return. I realize it is supposed to be Irish themed but having a menu item called the Steak Sambo (meaning sandwich) is a bit disheartening in this day and age.

We loved our stay! Definitely will be back. Cute, quaint atmosphere, with a couple fireplaces and common areas. It’s close to everything you need. The markets, restaurants, nightlife and the mountain. The pub downstairs has awesome food and live music some nights. The pool and hot tub is clean! Everyone was friendly, we really enjoyed our time here!

It was good because we have always loved the summit. Lodge have been staying there for years last year when we went for St. Patrick’s Day. It was absolutely awesome and before that..We just stayed there recently and we were told we had a newly renovated room with beams and it was big however it was very small so we upgraded and got charged of course more money over 400 $our new room was what was explained as the room we should have. However, with that being said, we got charged more money and it’s just not the same as a year ago not sure we will go back there.

WE LOVED SUMMIT LODGE!!Perfect base camp for Killington!Rooms are what you’d expect from a VT lodge. Don’t come thinking it’s the Ritz.But the amenities are what makes this place, outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. A million books and crannies to explore with fireplaces, puzzles, games, reading rooms etc. the banquet room has giant Jenga, connect 4, bag toss and giant chess/ checkers. My daughter was is heaven.The breakfast is good but basic. The public house had a great bar and live music each night but we didn’t eat there.We’ll definitely be back next year!! Can’t recommend it enough.

This was the coolest place, so beautiful! We stayed here on our way through town, wish we would have had another night to enjoy the area and premises more. We loved the food and bar, and talking with the local regulars. The rooms were basic, but just what we needed for the night, and what you'd expect a ski lodge to be. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Our reservation at another hotel got messed up so we ended up staying here and I couldn’t of been happier with how it turned out. The staff at the front was very nice and accommodated us very quickly for last minute. The pub inside had great food and great service. They had games all around the lodge and and a clean indoor hot tub and heated outside pool. Our room was cozy and the whole vibe of the lodge was very homey. Will definitely stay here everytime I go to killington

Pictures don't give this justice. Beautiful atmosphere. Perfect for Weddings! Out back has tables for dinning, pool, and oversized chest game with piece's half my size lol how cool. There rooms sparkle. The staff is friendly and family like. I found that comforting. And inside there is a large hot tub and pub. And close to the slopes! Can't wait to book a stay with my family

Had our Daughter's Wedding there. Everything was perfect. Venue was beautiful with the rustic charm that we were looking for. Our family and friends were able to stay and enjoy the amenities and the Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Food was delicious too.can't say enough about the Summit.

We have been staying at the Summit during ski season for the last five years. The staff was wonderful and yes the rooms are dated but always clean . The salt water hot tub is amazing. Prices have gone up I get it BUT there is no more coffee bar for early morning which I absolutely loved !! And the deal breaker is no breakfast !!! Their idea of breakfast consists of bagel toast cereal and yogurt 😏unfortunately hubby is gluten free and certainly wouldn’t survive a ski day on yogurt ! Not to mention the price includes breakfast !!! Understanding times are different but a ski lodge needs a decent breakfast!!! We are not giving up but would hope to see improvement soon !

Great resort place to stay! We liked it a lot! Will come back definitely. Had great time there after hiking - they have heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, bar and live music. For kids a lot games. The staff is amazing and very helpful!

I really want to love this place (hence the 3 stats and not 2) but can't really. The service is exceptional but the hotel isn't in line with the service. Our room (#25) has a bathroom that needs a big refresh. The nobs in the shower were never removed and are transparent so are filled with mold. The sound insulation is almost non existent; we heard people all night and my wife barely got a to sleep. We asked to change room, but we're in season, so they can't swap us. We also can't change place as they reminded us that we're on the hook for all our nights if we leave. That being said, the place has this amazing charm. So delightful. The best fireplace I've ever seen with a space you just want to nest in. Breakfast is very decent. Plenty to eat and fresh. There's decent coffee in the morning with takeaway cups. If they could get the sound issues worked out and refreshed the rooms, I'd love to be back.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very cozy place. However, as some reviewers have stated, the rooms need renovations. The bar area is nice after a long day on the slopes. The fireplace in the lobby is fantastic along with the hot tub and heated outdoor pool. I would probably stay their again.

Very nice place for stay. Everything inside. Quite and peace after 8pm. Pool outside with warm water and jacuzzi inside with hot water. So many things inside, room, table for billiard , table for chess ♟ , good bar. Any recommendations. Veru good hotel for stay and skiing area is about 5 mins from the hotel!

My wife is officially in love with this place. Like everyone else stated rooms are very dated yet feels clean. The amenities is what is going to make us come back. Heated pool, jacuzzi are awesome (the bar will serve you drinks), pub with games (pool, darts and even a photo booth are great. Irish pub food was very good as well. Huge game room with ping pong was nice. Nice lounge area with real fireplace is cozy. Very affordable as well.

Staff was super friendly. We showed up out of the blue, had no idea what to expect and had an amazing time. They had a beautiful outdoor space (with plenty of appropriate socially distanced tables) with a pool, music and bar. Staff took all precautions very seriously and even budgeted group times for use of spaces (pool and deck time for example) to ensure everyone remained safe.Drinks were on point and food was great. Will absolutely stay here next time around. Owners and staff were super helpful.
