Great location with easy access to Snowshed and Ramshead base lodges.Mountain Green condos units are good for a family trip but:- in season pricing is very high- most units are dated- the in-unit fireplaces can’t be used- the indoor pool is very small

Calling this place a resort is a stretch. It’s a condo building with a pool that is near the mountain. The condos in the building vary greatly so that will make a big difference - but the actual building itself is badly in need of renovations. The hallways smell and are musty, the bar is sad, there’s nowhere to eat lunch or bfast, and it just overall feels old. There’s also no welcome desk or concierge / I arrived and wasn’t even sure if I was at the right place. That said - yes the pool is open and renovated and looks great. It’s also extremely easy to get to the mountain by either walking or shuttle. Frankly I would not stay here again.

I rented through Airbnb and our unit was managed through Vacasa. We paid almost $600/night for motel 6 accommodations. Had trouble checking in bc we didn’t know what building we were in, called Vacasa’s 800 number waited 15 min no one answered. Tried texting no reply. Figured out the building and got into our unit and it was gross. Sent more messages to Vacasa they finally replied over an hour after I initially reached out and said a local manager would contact me. No one contacted me all weekend. I’m convinced I never messaged with an actual human. Just automated replies. What’s funny is there is a Vacasa office in the building but I never saw anyone there all weekend fri-Sun and it said on the door they have open hours during that time. Can’t recommend renting through them ever again.

This place is old and run down. The building shakes. The room is garbage and way overpriced. I don’t know how I’m going to make it here for two whole nights. Seriously considering eating the exorbitant fee I paid for this and going somewhere clean and quiet, far from KillingtonNoteworthy details: Building is old and worn down, rickety.

The condo we got was great, all the amenities. They are doing alot of renovations so the indoor pool, spa and fitness center were closed. The outdoor heated pool was great to wind down in. The construction crews were working at 6am on sunday on building 1, sleeping in wasn't an option. We will be back after the renovations are done.Walkability: Right next to the snowshed lodge, killington distillery and other restaurants and stores.

Nice and close to riding, shuttle comes around often. Rooms vary based on owner, I've stayed here four times now. This time, beds were a bit wonky, but okHot tub/pool area closed due to construction delays with zero offer of a day pass to other local lodging pools owned by Killington Vacations. It would have taken almost no effort to offer access to their other properties' pools to make up for the inconvenience.Restaurant in building not open for lunch during weekdays, and overall, the place looks past it's glory days - the deli is gone, gift shop gone. Only the ski shop and restaurant remain.Expect no frills and enjoy the close access for a decent price.

I am currently staying in the Mountain Green Resort, Green Mountain Inn. I am very upset with the dirtiness of this room. There is no security, the bathroom is very very disgusting, mold is on the ceiling, as well as a dirty toilet and no towels. The couch has stains and the wallpaper is ripping. All I want is a clean resort to stay in and nothing more. The fact that my family does not feel safe here and are worried to shower makes me angry. Lastly the pictures shown online were not the same that I saw when I was in the room. Other than the stains, the resort location is perfect, in fact, right next to the mountain. I am not expecting perfection but I am expecting way better than this. I am very annoyed/grossed out. Thank you.

They have no amenities as advertised. The fireplace, pool, hot tub sauna and exercise room were all closed . So if you are looking for these amenities ease go elsewhere so you are not dissatisfied as our family was. The condos are fine but nothing else is

Great location - just across parking lot of Killington ski resort. So you can just walk across parking lot to get to the resort. Other condos are close too, but a longer walk. My unit had direct view of the ski slopes, and had high vaulted ceilings that make the unit feel very spacious. The price will be higher for this location though of course.

I sincerely hope they got rid of the "management company" that had an office onsite. We went out of our way to book here for the amenities and called them specifically to confirm the amenities where available, where turns out we where lied to. Booked through AirBnB via the management company....many issues with the listing including incorrect photos and stating laundry was in unit. After countless emails and phone calls with them and AirBnB we just gave up an accepted the fact we lost. Even an apology would have been nice...Extremely disappointing experience.

You stay here for the convenience of location, not the rooms themselves, which probably haven't been updated since the 80's. The hot tub is worthwhile, though I wish it was a bit warmer. Parking can be kinda annoying, but overall it's the best location for the slopes.

Room was dirty! Everything from the table, dishes, rug, and sofa! Even the trash from previous people was still there. No one to get in touch with. I was on hold for over 30min and had to clean the room myself. Ended up leaving a day early cause housekeeping was supposed to come and never did. Only good thing was the location. You can walk to Snowshed lodge at Killington or take a shuttle bus to other parts of mountain.

I've been coming here every year for over a decade. I love this place. Each unit is individually owned so there is some variability in quality, but most are really nice. The central facilities (hot tub, steam room, sauna) are excellent. It's close enough to walk to the slopes, but there is a shuttle bus that runs frequently during peak times. WiFi has been working well for the past few years, so don't pay attention to the old reviews.

I stayed at a condo in building 2 and used spa and pool in building 3. The facility is dated in terms of style but the service is quite nice: close enough to the mountain door a reasonable walk if weather permits; the shuttle bus to ski lifts is frequent; ski lockers are conveniently located; spa and arcade are great indoor activities. The windows in my unit are a bit drafty so I ended up getting space heaters because the in-unit baseboard heating was just not sufficient in -15F evenings.

Staff is very hospitable, and there is a convenience market in the lodge. Shuttle service brings you to the mountain. The rooms are a little dated- ours had a tube tv, and one lamp didn't work. I can't speak for the rates because we stayed using a group discount. Overall nice staff, prompt shuttle service, but the rooms could use a refresh.

All amenities are closed, so nothing to show for your add-on $150/nt property fee. Check the Killington website before booking to compare rooms vs. view vs condition since our room had no bakeware and is in desperate need of an overhaul. e.g., tube plastic was worn threw and made us want to avoid using the bath. If interested on eating out, consider calling restaurants on the mountain ahead of your stay since most were not accepting walk-ins. Beautiful location for hiking during fall foliage and all other guests were very friendly during our stay. Building 1 elevator was not trustworthy as operation was intermittent and some of the condo's were not allowed to use their fireplaces since some chimneys failed inspection, so inquire if possible if you want to use the fireplace during your stay.

My boyfriend and I booked a condo for a week through Airbnb in building 3. Unfortunately because of covid, all of the amenities in building 3 (restaurant, hot tub, etc.) were closed. Our room was very beautiful though. The dishes were somewhat dirty and the bed we slept in was extremely uncomfortable. Four days in, we got a heavy snow storm. Two maintenance men (i assume) came into our room early in the morning while we were sleeping, barely giving us enough time to get up and see what they were doing. They shoveled our balcony but began smoking on it right next to our bedroom window. The smell was extremely disgusting and came through into our room. About three days later a cleaning woman opened our door without knocking and almost came into our room while we were there, claiming she was told it was vacant. I shouldn’t have to be worried about people coming into a place ive paid for whenever they please. Place was great but services were lacking.

We stayed in a privately owned/rented condo which was in great condition. We loved the fireplace and the rooms were precisely as described. The location is amazing, it was so so easy to rent gear from the on-site retailers (Black Dog) store it in the ski lockers and take the shuttle right from the ski lockers to the mountain.

We arrived at the hotel and were told that our room was cleaned. The room had a dirty refrigerator, a lot of dust and crumbs on the floor, dirty shelves, a dirty fireplace, a dirty bathroom and especially dirty dishes. We drove to the hotel for a very long time, but I had to clean the entire apartment myself. Also in the room itself there is very little storage space.

Beautiful condo complex with easy access to Killington (walking distance to Snowshed if you're ambitious). I stayed in 1B2 it was very clean and comfortable including amenities such as a fireplace, flat screen tv, and pull out couch. Highly recommend!

I would say this is an ok place. Ours was not the cleanest. 4 dead Flys in the bathroom light. Heat light didn't work. The dishes were dirty. The cool thing was the working wood fireplace. The attached mini mart makes some awesome breakfast. How close it is to the slopes is nice. There is a bus that will pick you up and take you the base. Haven't tried the pool or hot tub.

Not new but the amenities and the location are great. As soon as you walk in the corridor you notice the building is dated. We rented Kevin's apartment (1F9). It was great! Clean, tidy and full of treats to make your stay unique. Pasta, sauce, pancakes, syrup, coffee and many more were available in the welcome basket. The building was so close to Killington's Snow Shed that you could actually walk there. In the main building there is restaurant, a ski shop, a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a racquetball court and a gym.

It's a fun resort. We stayed there last week with the family. The unit was great with a wood burning fireplace. It was super clean. The pool was really nice. The pool and locker rooms were well maintained.

Stayed at building #2 with 7ppl. Decent rooms, nice living area..small kitchen. Short walk to building #3 that contains the main amenities (bar, hit tub ,pool, etc) . Quick shuttle ride to the hills. Overall, great place today stay. If you're bringing a group, make sure you bring extra basics (paper towels, trash bags, etc). There is an Aldi's 25min away that's worth the drive to save on food/supplies, if you're coming from a distance. Overall, a cool place to stay.
