Very disappointing experience - we came with a large party (10+) and were told initially that it would be a 10 minute wait (this was around 7:45pm) by a older guy (in his 40s-50s with curly blonde hair).We kept asking multiple times for updates, and we were told over and over that it’d be only 10 more minutes. Eventually, they told us the kitchen was too backed up and they could no longer serve us (which ended up being around 8:45).Unfortunately, most restaurants in the area close at 9pm, which made it near impossible to adjust our plans after waiting for so long.Honestly didn’t seem like too bad of a place but the service could use tremendous work.

Came with a large party. Man in the front said we would be seated in 10-15 minutes and told us to go to the bar. Turned out to be a blatant lie. We followed up with him 2 more times and he reassured us we would be seated until 45 minutes later he said we wouldn’t. He probably wouldn’t have followed up with us if we didn’t proactively ask him. It would have been better if he’d just turned us away from the start.

My friends and I visited this weekend for a ski trip and I’ve come to moguls before and enjoyed the food and vibe. This time though was much different. We are a pretty big group so before we go out we always call places to see if they can fit us or to just see how busy they are and give them a heads up. We called Moguls twice during our weekend here and each time, the man who answered the phone couldn’t be bothered. We just asked if they were busy or if we should come in at a different time and his initial response was “Its the dinner rush on a Friday, what do you expect?” It was a total turn off and just wouldn’t recommend the customer service here. A lot of other places are much nicer.

We had a group of 11 and the staff took great care of us. Pizza, wings, and bar food. Sufficient variety of beers. We wanted to watch football and they had the games on tv we wanted to watch. Not a fancy place and it could use a face-lift, but it was perfect for our large group.Parking: Plenty of parking in their big lot.

This place needs the respect it deserves!! Been coming here since I was a kid - best wings and ribs I've ever had. Fun inside environment with tons of bills on the ceiling, games and TVs rooting for the Pats.

Walked in at 9:15pm on a Friday night in January and sat at the bar. Band was decent. Ordered a pizza and drank two beers while I waited over 45 minutes for my pizza (that I eventually boxed to go). Not sure if the bartender forgot to ring it up or the kitchen was backed up at 10pm but received no explanation. Pizza was decent when I got to my hotel to eat it.

Best bar I've been to on the access road, and one of the best bars I've ever been to anywhere. Killer crowd, great staff, above average pub food. Live music, patio out back, free mini golf. 6+ stars.

This review is for the restaurant, not the bar. Our party of 4 went in. We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress promptly appeared and took our orders. The drinks, appetizers and food all came to the table in a very reasonable amount of time. The smoked BBQ meats were just perfect. Mogul's should get themselves listed here on Google maps as a restaurant and not just as a pub. We would not have known about this incredible place if it hadn't been for the reccomendation of the gentleman working in the ski shop down the street. Anyhow, the service here was great, and the BBQ meats were too. The prices were also not expensive, which is another added bonus. Thank you to the staff at Moguls.

I loved the active atmosphere, the activities for kids as well as adults, and the location is easy to see and easy to reach. The food was as high quality as I've had at any pub, and the beer list, while it isn't terribly extensive, is made up of good options. I'll definitely go back!

Hanna was AMAZING, very attentive and efficient! Our food was very tasty, and arrived in a timely fashion. I had the steak sandwich, and my wife had the lamb & beef gyro. Both served with fresh, hot french fries. On our next trip to Killington, we will be back, DELICIOUS!!

We arrived, ordered food and drinks. Drinks arrived.After 20 minutes we had to leave our seats to request more drinks.After 50 minutes people around us were getting their food, people that had been seated 20 to 30 minutes after we arrived.When we inquired about our food we were told the order had not even been placed with the kitchen.We left.Very disappointed.

Live acoustic music by local talent. Great place for some friendly staff, good pub food and drink. Check out the dollar bills with personal messages all over the ceiling and walls by previous visitors. Great fun and lots of tables for guests.

Sorry, guys, but sitting at the table for 15 min without any greetings when our party just wanted to play pool and, of course, order food/drinks, as required? Unproductive work of stuff :( serving just a one table a time including taking an order and delivering drinks when there are 5 tables in a room, a few of them is served already. Interesting.
