Gave great options for alternative ways to solve issue with touring setup. It was really a nice experience being in the shop.

Pretty good customer service period at times I felt pressured! I didn't buy anything I didn't want to buy but in the end I was a little disgusted with the price she gave me for a Dusty old hat! There aren't anything for younger males here as far as gifts. Only clothing.

Thank you Ben & team! The weather has been brutal all weekend but Ben and his team set us up on brand new rentals, brand new helmets, had everything for the guys, girls, and kiddos. Great service. Fair price. Very knowledgeable. I’ll be back each summer I am hear. Ben took a lot of time to explain the trails too, which was a huge help. Awesome day. Time for a beer tho….

Love base camp employees are awesome got some great bargains lots of great things there! Did so much shopping and when the snow falls I'll be back for some cross country skiing & snow shoeing on the trails there they have disc golf too! Thank you Kayak King for hooking me up with them! Love my boots, coat, sun glasses, mittens, & my mushroom salt & pepper shakers ect. Ect. Ect.!

the customer service is fantastic! We needed a coil for my son's shock and they helped get the right one put it on and got him right back on the mountain! I couldn't get out of there without picking up a tshirt too. Highly recommend them

Truly a wonderful shop that is stocked with more technical gear than other shops in Killington. I rented a pair of touring skis with a friend to do some casual touring and the team was incredible at explaining how to use the equipment and worked with me to make sure I had a safe fun day. I can't wait to come back in the summer since their bike selection seems amazing too! This is a must stop shop.

Base Camp was super accommodating on our last trip to Killington. We had some bike troubles and their mechanic was very helpful and efficient. He's definitely good at what he does. He had our bike better than ever in no time.They have a nice fleet of rental bikes. My husband fell in love with the Forbidden that we rented for the day and our son was obsessed with his commencal.We will definitely be back !

What an awesome shop! Wish we had found this shop sooner. It definitely feels like the 'locals' shop in the Killington area. The employees were super helpful and talked to us a lot about the great network of local trails. The store had an awesome selection. This place is great and we can't wait to return!

The costumer service was good, the owner actually took the bikes to Killington Bike Park for us. However the reason I give 1 star because the quality of bikes tune/set up and servicing were poor. I don't see the concerns on the safety of the riders here, but more concerned about if we were going to damage the bikes. I also didn't get the bike that I was requested/booked for and the set up for the suspension was not so great it was way too hard/stiff!, the bikes were supposed to be full suspension but it felt like a 100% hardtail when we were riding them. I have never rode a quality full suspension bike that hard. My buddies and I were not happy with the quality of bike tuning and set up, the screw on the dropper post adjustment was loose and felt out, and the whole time I was riding with that dropper post line hanging.

Awesome and very experienced instructors lead challenging and supportive work outs and yoga sessions for all abilities. It is a good idea to start with the Boot Camp strength training and yoga classes and work up to the Boot Camp classes. However, regardless of which classes you take, the instructors demonstrate and encourage modifications so you will know how to make each exercise or pose easier or more difficult. The participants are great too! Boot camp truly is a wonderful community and I hope to see you there!

My Alpine Touring ski binding broke. I went to Base Camp Outfitters and they got me set up and back out on the snow the same day. Excellent customer service and expertise. They were super helpful and really came through for my equipment when I needed it. Highly recommended, this shop is excellent.

"feel at home"place. They don't sell ultra-luxury fashionwear but rather concentrate on quality technical garments. Good gift shop section. And they also sell Vermont maple chocolates, which are pricey but awesome.Very nice and friendly people.

Great service and know their stuff! Bought a telemark setup and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to change up my gear. They were more than accommodating and offer a great selection of telemark and AT equipment. Will definitely return for future needs.

Great selection of snow shoes, bikes, boots, skis, backcountry gear. They also have safety equipment. Everybody that works there is very helpful and knowledgeable. They will answer all your questions specially if you are new to winter sports. Don't forget to check out their basement they have good deals there.

I have passed the site endlessly over the years and stopped in just this once. The place was more authentic than other ski related businesses in the area. I am not a skier, but there was much more than ski clothing and equipment to look at. There was original art, jewelry and reading material. There were also the tourist souvenir items to be expected. The one business person present may have been the owner. He was in cordial discussion with another person he seemed to know well.

Solid shop to get work done. If you want repairs/upgrades or just maintenance, the crew takes the time to make sure expectations are met. This is the BEST shop in Killington hands down.

Stopped here while hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2016. Owner was helpful with fulfilling the warranty for darn tough socks, which although nothing special, is the only reason this place gets two stars. I needed new shoes so per the owners advisement I tried Dynafit. The guy was honestly obsessed with this brand. Well my laces on these "top of the line" shoes broke within 5 miles. I called when I had service and since he didn't have any to exchange he said he would attempt to contact the company. As my other shoes were in the dumpster and I didn't want to backtrack I just kept hiking and never heard from him again. WORST retail experience I had on the entire trail. It's okay to be a brand fanboy but stand behind what you sling, especially if someone is going to be using them all day, every day.
