I can't speak highly enough of Aspen East. my frugal self researched and found they have best prices in the area IMO. However, it's their service that I find to be the best aspect of the shop. I have one foot that's odd and very tricky to get a good boot fit with. But PJ and owner Lee worked diligently to adjust my boot appropriately. some of the most impeccable service I've had in my life and the most friendly staff.

Great place to season rentals especially for kids. Have been renting from here for years. It is reasonably priced, large selection and greatest thing with kids is they GROW and if so, bring the equipment back and they will exchange it out for a bigger size all at the same price. My family has purchased countless pairs of ski boots and skis here over the years. The staff is what makes it worth visiting first. Can say enough about the staff they make you feel like apart of the family want truly want to see you have the best experience possible.

Great experience here! My boyfriend bought new boots and I bought a new jacket. Both employees we dealt with were very informative and helpful when deciding which gear was the best for us. I will be returning any time I’m in the area! They also has a decent amount of sale items which was nice.

While trying to rent skies the owner lost his temper after bing asked if there asked if there was a bathroom in the shop , poor manners and customer service was almost non existent. I continued down the road to roots rentals and ski shop and had the best help for the best price they also provided me with a free set of ski warmers

We recently had 5 family members come up and visit for a long weekend of skiing. We rented gear and got great service from Lee and PJ. The price is much lower than renting at the mountain. I would definitely recommend you check out Aspen East if you need ski and snowboard gear. Great place!

PJ helped get me and my son's skis set up for the season. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain some super helpful technical info. They have a nice clean big store with plenty of selection for all your needs. Clothes, gear, accessories, sun glasses, etc. Fast friendly service too!

Outstanding experience! Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff. Purchased new skis, new bindings, mounting at no cost and back to the slopes in no time! It may seem out of the way, but really isn't and truly worth it.

Great service! Manager and ski tech were excellent and went more than out of their way to help me out. Aspen East had the best prices in the whole area including every thing I looked at online. Ended up buying two sets of skis from them. I bought the rocker2's and a set of K2's. They even mounted the bindings for free while I was there. Highly recommend this ski shop. If you are in the area do your self a favor and stop in.

The store states they are open but fail to answer the phone. The phone message states they are open and the web site states they are open. I left a message and they failed to return my message. After several messages that I left, they finally called me but I missed the call. I tried to call the number to reach them and now it only rings once and then dies. Also they are very slow to respond to E-mails. I had to send a couple of emails and wait a few days before I got a response. This company provides very little service.

I happened upon Aspen East the last weekend in February. I was on my way to another ski shop for a repair, and I couldn’t have been happier with the choice to stop in here instead.PJ was patient and informative. He took his time explaining what he was doing to evaluate my skis and bindings, and kept me informed and involved in every decision regarding the service. He also offered guidance on the length of my skis and placement for my bindings, which was greatly appreciated.Incredibly pleasant experience, and my skis held up perfectly for the remainder of the trip.As a bonus, we met a super friendly shop dog.Thanks for all the help, PJ and the rest of the Aspen East team!

Came in to demo skis. I did do my homework on the few pairs I wanted to try. Lee recommended a pair I hadn’t considered and I gave them a try. He nailed it. Definitely not your pushy salesman, which I liked. Basically went with the “you tell me how they feel” approach and we agreed on the pair he had recommended. The shop also did me a favor as far as buying the skis which earned them a loyal customer. A small gesture of good business to me means a lot. I highly recommend this shop. I went with the Enforcer 100s btw over mantra M5 and QST 99.

This place is great. I live locally and they have a great selection and their pricing rivals the internet.....but with great service! I stupidly broke my boot buckle and the guy in the shop had me back on the slopes the same day!

I ordered Marmot ski gloves & paid $24.93 extra for 3 day delivery. They finally arrived one week later! Aspen East Ski Shop would not refund my extra money & claimed no responsibility after they left their facility. I am not a satisfied customer!

Very nice customer service, fit me up with a new pair of boots, customized the fit a couple of weeks later, and hooked me up with a used binding brake that fit my 10 year old bindings. I highly recommend this ski shop!

Went in to ski bindings mounted to skis. PJ did a great job. My brother was there to do the same, but realized his bindings did not come with brakes. PJ did a partial mount, found another local shop that had the brakes, and sent us over so they could complete the job. Oh, and while I waited, PJ heat molded my boot liners for free. A+ service, would highly recommend.Also, Gabriel is a whiny baby.

These guys fully tuned our family's 3 boards and skis and WOW what a difference- they put love into these boards and they are like new- great service and didn't try to oversell us- ended up putting extra time into one board in particular and didn't even charge us extra- We'll be back to buy equipment soon!
