I highly recommend Matt’s Wash and Wax in Jericho.I have a beautiful 1936 Oldsmobile that is 87 years old this year.Matt’s has detailed this car for me before and always did a great job.Recently my car was hit in a parking lot and the driver fled.They left tire rubber and a slight scrape from their rim on the passenger side fender.Right away I went to Matt’s Wash and Wax.David met me at the door when he saw me pull in across the doorway with the scrape on his side.I felt ready to cry and I think he was too (lol).We walked over to the car right away and he thoroughly looked it over and he came up with a plan explaining what they were going to do to try and fix it but not sure if it would all come out.I made the appointment really not sure what they could do.When I brought it in they were ready and had me pull it right in the garage.David explained again and showed me what they would do.When I came to get it, I backed in next to it and my jaw dropped and I sat there staring at my car.It was amazing what the team at Matt’s had done.It looked almost new.Everyone at Matt’s in Jericho are great and David keeps things running smooth.They are friendly, respectful, and professional.I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them work on anything.The best way too show you what they accomplished is to show you the before and after pictures.Incredible.Love them all at Matt’s Wash and Wax Jericho.

I booked my detail here because I had seen and heard nothing but positive reviews. I was impressed from the start- they were super friendly and professional when I called to book, and I appreciated the confirmation text message the night before my appointment that also gave me instructions on how to prepare my vehicle. My car was embarrassingly dirty and they never made me feel bad or like I was being judged- I actually think they should have charged me more for what they had to do! I was happy to give them a tip for their work and will definitely be a loyal customer (and never let my car get so bad again because they don’t deserve it). I am gobsmacked by how clean they were able to get my car. Matt and his crew did beautiful work on my brand new Subaru. They applied a ceramic coat and wax oil undercoat that made my car pop in color. I feel so much more comfortable driving her around now and look forward to seeing the results after winter passes by. Between the price, customer service, and detailing done, I couldn't recommend a more perfect place to take your car!!

My second time using this business for a full-service car detailing. First time a year ago was good. This time... poor job all around. Purchased a full interior and exterior detailing with ceramic coating refresh. A stain on the driver's seat wasn't even touched, despite most of the vehicle interior being left in sopping wet condition that took a few days to dry out and had me worried about mold. Grimy streaks left on the interior windows, I had to Windex and clean it myself with paper towels the next day. Obvious soap residue left on exterior... even though I paid for a ceramic coating refresh to be the last application. Check out asks for a 20% tip on a $400 job, done poorly lol. Effortless on our part: scheduled the undercoating, dropped off the car, picked it up, and paid for it with no issues. We interacted with three individuals, all of whom were extremely polite, attuned to the status of our vehicle, and wanted to be sure we were satisfied. We were. I moved here from Wisconsin... and all the detailing places there sucked. Here... customer service was great with ongoing communication. The car looks and smells amazing inside and out. Nothing missed. They repaired a chip on the window that's almost invisible now. They save your keys in a lock box so you can pick up your car anytime. Our car had water damage and the start of mold in the carpets after windows were open during a night of torrential rain- Matt’s got rid of the water and mold and even the damp smell for a great price and quick turn around. We had a customer issue and it was resolved on the second voicemail, that would be the only comment it can be be difficult to connect with a human. I brought my 2008 Prius here for a car sale clean. I've owned it for eight years, and when I got it, it had been used for several years. When I got it back, I barely recognized it. I didn't know my dashboard was black, not light grey. The difference is night and day. Matt's did a STAGGERINGLY good job cleaning it, and I count myself lucky that I have another car that I can have cleaned. It looks so good that I don't even want to touch it.The people who work there are great, they work fast, and they're friendly. After an other business totally botched a bunch of services done on my car, I brought my car to Matt's Wash and Wax as a first time customer based on recommendation by a friend.Everyone @ Matt's Wash and Wax were great. They understood my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about how they would treat "my baby".The technician who worked on my car (David, I think) displayed the same professionalism with me as Michael, and Matt had over the phone. The technician went above and beyond in my opinion, by walking around my car with me as he held a long tube light to help me inspect his work! Mind absolutely blown! His work was excellent by the way!! :)Thank you to the whole team who made my first time customer experience @ Matt's Wash and Wax so great. I will not hesitate to be a repeat customer.

A wonderful experience. I booked online and received a call shortly after letting me know unfortunately they couldn't get to my car at the time I requested. We immediately reschedule to another time that worked for me and arranged for them to also pick up and drop off my car. The process was incredibly simple and the folks that I interacted with were friendly, accomodating and professional. Best of all the exterior detail was excellent, I opted for the additional machine polish and it was well worth it. I will not hesitate to bring them my business in the future.
